Wasaga Beach is a great spot for a family vacation! Come and enjoy the waters of Georgian Bay. With tons of attractions in the area like skydiving, spirit tours, go-carting, golf, and mini-golf, Wasaga Beach is the perfect spot for a getaway.

This rental house has everything you need; it is a 4-minute walk to the beach, has a great backyard deck to enjoy a family and friends barbeque. This unit is on the upper level, featuring a spacious backyard to enjoy just a quiet time reading a book, or you can even enjoy a game of lawn bowling/bocce. Enjoy the sunset from anywhere! On the deck or the beach! or head to a public park steps away from the cottage.

All amenities are conveniently located, with grocery stores and the LCBO only a 5-minute drive! Collingwood Blue Mountain resort is only 20 minutes away. Either way, you will definitely enjoy our lovely cottage and the beautiful area of Wasaga Beach!

Great location for a wonderful stay.

Very lovely property with walking access to the beach. Well stocked with dishes for your cooking, dining, and beverage needs. The outside shower was welcomed since it had hot and cold water. The fire pit was a lovely touch for the night as well. Although there was a motion sensor light downstairs, it would have been nice to have the driveway brighter during the night. The two larger beds in the master bedroom could do with mattress upgrades. The bathrooms were clean but had a body odor scent that was unpleasant. Luckily we walked with our own cleaning supplies and used it as necessary. Overall, we enjoyed being there and would recommend it to others. Thank you for having us.

We had no tv reception for 5 of our 12 day stay. Even after a Bell technicians visit, the sound was very poor. Husband missed theNFl semi championship game. No snow removal & sidewalks very icy.

Great Place to Stay!

This cottage was fantastic! Well maintained both inside and out!! The open concept made it easy for us to all be together and yet not feel cramped in one room! It had everything we could possibly need for a week away from home! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware!! Really nice furniture in the family room! Very comfortable to spend an evening in watching movies. The layout of the bedrooms was excellent! The kids loved the 'dorm' room - perfect set up for kids that want to spend every possible minute together. Great property for kids who like sports with both a basketball net and a big soccer net!! Walking distance to the beach which made it easy to go back and forth if necessary. Also just a short walk to Grandma's Beach Treats which is a must on most days!! So glad that we came across this location!! Ed was always easy to get in touch with and took time to answer all of our questions before our stay. Would highly recommend staying here! Villa Tranquilla provided us with the tranquility we needed for a week away! Thank you to Ed and his family!

Fantastic

I can’t begin to thank Ed and his wife on the wonderful vacation my family and I had. The property is huge and was more than enough room for the five of us. Clean, great location and the beach, 4 minute walk, was quiet and clean. Lots of windows to enjoy the view. Fully stocked kitchen. BBQ for our dinners. Fire pit was a huge hit at night for marshmallows and s’mores. Grocery store and liquor stores are just a 7 minute drive. Everything at our finger tips. Was an incredible week of relaxation for hubby and I and some great fun for my teenagers. Would highly recommend and we will be staying here again soon!!

Why they chose this property

We have spent our summer vacations at Wasaga Beach with family and friends for over 15 years. Our children grew up spending summers on the beach and having family barbecues and even birthday parties. Wasaga has truly become a second home, and we would love to continue making memories with family and friends.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits of renting this cottage are it's a 5-minute walk to Georgian Bay's beach; it sleeps 8-12 guests and is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy a picnic in the backyard with your family and friends; mature trees surround the property and create privacy on the property. The driveway can accommodate 9 cars. Enjoy a game of lawn bowling, a game of basketball, head to the park only a few steps away, or hike a nearby trail. The property is very close to grocery stores, the LCBO, restaurants and is 20 minutes away from Collingwood Blue Mountain.
