Ground floor: see view from 3 sides as the floor is re-elevated- fully equipped kitchen with meal table; large diner/ sitting room heading to a roofted terrasse. 1 bed room for 2 & shower room en suite. 1WC 1st floor: palier/library opening to 2 bed rooms ( 1 for 2 & 1 for 4), a bathroom, 1WC. Basement: laundering room, toys & games, garden furnitures. Several beach’s around to swim, sail, scuba - diving, surf. 200 m from the port with fish sales place, bars and restaurants, market on Sunday morning.
