FAMILY VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL in BEZIERS

Come and discover this pleasant house located 15 minutes from the city center on foot. We have decided to give a new face to the family home by renovating it in order to welcome you in a comfortable and warm gîte.

Ideal for large families who want to get together for moments of sharing, bikers or cycling enthusiasts, this accommodation is made for you. Its assets are spacious rooms so as not to feel cramped, a garden with swimming pool and terrace, a garage in which three vehicles can park.

The house consists of:
- A completely new kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, kitchen appliances and everything you need to cook easily.
- A bedroom with two single beds in 90
- A bedroom with a 140 cm bed
- Two bedrooms with 160 beds
- Two bathrooms (shower and bathtub)
- Separate WC
- A large garage that can accommodate several cars, bicycles, motorcycles.

You will appreciate the garden, the swimming pool and the calm on the back of the house. At your disposal a table and chairs to enjoy the terrace and the barbecue for long summer evenings. Sunbeds and a parasol are also at your disposal for basking in the sun.
Also for baby's comfort: cot, folding bed, high chair, changing table, booster seat.
Household linen provided: sheet, duvet cover, hand towel, bath mat, tea towels.

Beziers Holiday

Five friends had a great holiday at this house in Beziers. We found the accommodation delightful and Sylvie & Patrick were very helpful and accomodating. The location was a bit further from the town than we thought, but it was still easy to walk into the centre. The house suited our needs. In particular the outside entertaining area was superb. We recommend this property.

A lovely villa with a gorgeous private pool. Check-in was very easy with excellent communication from Lucie who met us at the villa. Incredibly spacious with all required amenities and air conditioning. Large garage for the car which also kept it nice and cool. Easy walk into Béziers town centre and well situated for a nearby supermarket a short drive away. Valras-Plage also very easy to visit for a beach day out. Enjoyed a lot of time by the pool. Patrick was very kind, messaged to check we had everything and let us know when he was coming to maintain the pool. He also gifted a bottle of wine from his family’s vineyard which was a thoughtful gesture. We’d definitely recommend.
