Through a separate entrance you reach the entrance area, in which there is a mirror and a cloakroom. From here you get into the bright bedroom and living area, in the bathroom, as well as in the kitchen.

The bedroom / living room is generously proportioned and has a top brand double bed of the brand Ruf, with adjustable slatted frame, a sofa bed, a dining table, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a large LED HD TV with very large variety of programs in different languages. The view from the generous window opens the guest a beautiful view of the countryside, the Königsstuhl and the Köpfel.

The separate bathroom is equipped with toilet and shower and a sink. A hair dryer is available.

The separate kitchen has a fridge, microwave with oven function, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker.
Two cooktops and the associated cooking utensil allow you to prepare your meals.
A Nespresso machine is available on request.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smokers and prospective connoisseurs but find a nice spot on the apartment own terrace in front of the house on a comfortable bench with a beautiful view.

The house is located directly on the edge of the forest, from where you can start extensive Sparziergänge, cycling in the directly adjacent Odenwald and hiking.
Also located in 10 minutes walking distance is a beautiful forest adventure playground.

In the immediate vicinity there is an indoor pool with sauna and solarium.

Another attraction is the monastery Benediktinerabtei Stift Neuburg. In addition to agriculture and a farm shop there is also a restaurant with good home cooking. The monastery is also an ideal destination or starting point if you want to take a long walk on the world famous Philosopher's Path. Even without a car, you can take the bus back to the apartment or start the hike.

A good connection to the local passenger transport you z. B. within 10 minutes by bus line 34 directly to the "Old Bridge" which leads directly to Heidelberg's Old Town and the Schoßbahn. The bus stop is reached in about 8 minutes. On Fridays and Saturdays, the night bus also runs every hour of the night. The motorways A5 and A6 ensure good accessibility with your vehicle.

Gastronomic variety and shopping opportunities can be found in the center of Heidelberg, as well as in the nearby Mannheim city center, which can be reached in 20 minutes by S-Bahn.

In addition to the well-known attractions in Heidelberg you will also find a beautiful botanical garden, a zoo with extensive playgrounds, a cinema, an indoor pool and many other recreational opportunities.
