Enjoy your vacation in this light-filled, barrier-free, wheelchair-accessible ground-floor apartment in a new building (first occupied in 2022), featuring modern amenities and a cozy 67 m² living space, including a loggia and a small, enclosed garden, in a 6-family


There, you can relax, set out on hikes through nearby deciduous forests, go sightseeing and shopping in historic Heidelberg, or visit the attractions of the Neckar Valley—all while enjoying the excellent infrastructure in the incredibly cozy and well-maintained town of Neckargemünd (buses, trains, boats, restaurants, doctors, shops).The non-smoking apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, and in the light-filled living and dining room, you’ll find everything you need to unwind. A fully equipped built-in kitchen offers everything you need for cooking. A separate bedroom with a double bed is available. 

To make your arrival and departure as stress-free as possible, keys are handed over contactlessly via a key safe.
An EV charging station is available 200 m from the vacation rental.
Starting in April 2027, a split-system air conditioner is planned for warmer summer days to ensure guests have a comfortable stay and a good night’s sleep.
A bed tax of 2.- per person per night is charged.



Hantmann Vacation Rental:

The entire apartment is furnished in a modern and cozy style.
The spacious entryway features a coat rack and wall cabinets as
storage space for your luggage, as well as a niche housing a washer and dryer,
a clothes rack, an ironing board, and an iron.
Straight ahead is the bright bathroom with a large shower, a spacious sink with a mirror and vanity cabinet for your toiletries, a toilet, and a window. We’ve provided a hair dryer for you, as well as cozy bath and hand towels.
In the light-filled living and dining room, you’ll find everything you need to relax.
A large, modern TV, board games, and a small selection of books are at your disposal.
The new white built-in kitchen, spanning over 4 meters, offers everything you need for cooking:
It features a Siemens oven, stove, convection oven set, a
microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with:
dishes and cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, bowls, and dish towels. A Senseo combination coffee maker for pods and filter coffee, and a kettle. A mixer and an egg cooker are also available for your use.
The dining table seats 4–5 people; 4 chairs and, if needed, a high chair invite you to enjoy a cozy meal.
From the living/dining room, you can look out through the large picture window onto the 17-square-meter covered loggia and the small garden area with a privacy wall. A garden table, 4 comfortable garden chairs, and a garden lounger invite you to relax.
The living room features a high-quality leather sofa, perfect for a relaxing evening watching TV. The bedroom has a double bed with linens for reading and a good night’s sleep, as well as two wardrobes and nightstands. The bedroom also features a small desk for your office work and a trouser hanger. - Upon request, an extra bed can be set up in the bedroom for younger guests.
The terrace with its small garden is reserved exclusively for your use. A free parking space is reserved for you directly in front of the apartment.
The ground-floor apartment is barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 11:00 AM.
