This huge custom built waterfront estate offers over 9,600 square feet of living space spanning three floors with breathtaking views of Lake Oconee. Your family and friends can comfortably spread out with 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The home is located in an exclusive gated community on a quiet cul de sac where you can enjoy the peace and serenity of lake living, but barely four minutes away you have the convenience of a Publix grocery store, movie theater, local shops, restaurants, and boat rental and marina.

This luxury spec house was designed for entertaining with amazing outdoor living spaces including a custom pool with hot tub, multiple patios, decks, porches. Tiki torches illuminate the pool area with outdoor landscape lighting the leads you down the short pathway to your private dock. Enjoy mesmerizing lake views from wherever you choose to linger.

The indoors is even more stunning, with numerous upgrades and details that you would expect to find only in a multi-million dollar estate like this. The gourmet chef's kitchen is fully equipped with every fixture and appliance you need. Dine "outdoors" on the four season patio with 280 degree views in every direction. Old and young "kids" alike will all love the expansive game room areas with slate pool table, ping pong table, dart board, and a collection of fun indoor/outdoor games to keep everyone entertained. Great House and Location!

We had a great time at Lake Oconee and this house was perfect for our family/friends. The host could not have been easier to work with. The house is comfortable, well cared for, and incredibly located. The lake is beautiful and the neighborhood quiet. We had a group of 8 people and we fit comfortably in this large and entertaining home. Lots to do for everyone! Thanks!

The home and property were beautiful..being out on the water was a wonderful experience. The hosts were responsive and supportive. There was an abundance of clean linens and household supplies. The gym has nice equipment with a legit sauna. Safe neighborhood for walks and runs. Definitely a quality property.

Family Lake Vacation

Amazing! This is our third summer traveling to Lake Oconee with our ski boat for a watersports-packed vacation. We have enjoyed each of our trips but this was by far, the most spectacular home we have stayed in. The location is on our favorite part of the lake, perfect for waterskiing, watching the beautiful sunsets and very convenient to the community boat launch as well as Publix grocery store. There is so much to do at the home, itself, often we were torn between skiing and enjoying one of the many amenities the home offers. Some of our favorites - the home gym....spacious and well equipped, nightly movies in the theater, sunsets from the hot tub, our kids enjoyed pool and ping pong, and we enjoyed coffee and later cocktails on the large deck overlooking the lake. The homeowners and the property manager were easy to work with and extremely attentive responding quickly to any minor questions we had. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer.

First Vrbo was 5 star!

5 star stay at this luxurious lakeside property! Well equipped kitchen, luxury linens, stocked sundries, app compatible TVs, movie theatre, lots of deck seating allowed us to start our vacation upon walking in! The beds slept like a dream. Peter and Natasha were very available and helpful to answer questions—great hosts. Would love to stay again!
