This property sits on the eastside of the lake affording beautiful sunset views. The view across the lake is lovely and Deowongo Island is the perfect distance for the whole family to kayak to. The house has plenty of things available to entertain everyone. The porch is roomy and the kitchen is well stocked. A small fenced in yard makes it convenient to let your dog out as needed. A large grocery store is within 10 mins and Cooperstown is a convenient 20 mins away.

My grandchildren sure enjoyed all the toys: paddleboard, kayak, ping pong, darts, fishing, etc. The kitchen was well equipped. The best was the porch swing at sunset.

Stayed at this "Lakefront Home with Island View" with friends while visiting the baseball HOF. The location is perfect! Only 15 minutes from the HOF and we really enjoyed relaxing on the porch while enjoy the lake and incredible view. The house is clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out are very easy. I highly recommend this home and hope to stay here again when returning to the baseball HOF!!

Great house! We all fit comfortably, and it is setup perfectly to bring a dog along. The house was clean, and we loved using the fireplace in the evening. The lake was beautiful and peaceful.

This is a beautiful house directly on the lake beautiful views beautiful sunsets. The house is well thought out and very accommodating to their guests. We will definitely look for this house whenever we are traveling in that area.

This is a beautiful and well maintained home right on a lovely lake-fishing, boating, and swimming were enjoyed and the deck, yard, fire pit, grill etc all helped make the week perfect!

This cottage was very clean and in a great location. We really enjoyed sitting on the covered porch with our coffee in the am or a glass of wine watching the sunsets. The pool table, though a little off kilter was a great way to spend the evenings - ping pong and darts available too. The dining options were amazing - without driving into Cooperstown. Sunflower cafe & cassidys were great for breakfast. The Buzz was excellent for dinner. Would definitely recommend- we had a great time!

This property was just right for us and our family. Coffee on the front porch in the mornings and cocktails while watching the sunset was just what we needed! The water entry is mucky, so I recommend bringing water shoes. We did a lot of floating on floats (which we brought), and enjoying the kayaks and paddle boards (which were provided). We had a great time!

Perfect Birthday Weekend

We stayed here for my partners Birthday and even in the dead of winter this place is so cute and cozy. The kitchen and dining room were perfect for making snacks and doing crafts. The basement is spacious and the back porch is divine with the lake view. We can't wait to rent again in the summer time!

Beautiful Lake House

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re going to Cooperstown. A short drive away. 10 of us stayed here comfortably. Amazing place for a little dog or two. We were thankful all week we stayed there because the kids had plenty to do in an area that doesn’t have a lot.

Overall, this was a great accommodation. The back porch and view were spectacular. The outdoor was well stocked with kayaks, paddles, life jackets, etc. The upstairs rooms with window AC units were comfortable. The downstairs did get warm. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out.
