Our comfortable apartment is located in Cochem-Cond, in a quiet residential street. The apartment is 52 m² in size, has an enclosed kitchen with dining area, living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing area, and loggia with a view of the Moselle,

In the living room, the leather relax sofa and armchair with high backrests, which can be adjusted just like the foot parts, offer you the opportunity to relax in the evening.

The bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm box spring bed, and the 3-door wardrobe with full-length mirror offers plenty of storage space.
Viscotherm pillows and oversized duvets (155x220 cm) support a restful sleep.
On request you can get additional pillows or blankets.

The kitchen is modern and friendly and equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and fridge with *** freezer.
A pleasantly large dining area is available in the kitchen. Coffee machine, kettle and toaster are available.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower (incl. Rain shower), a modern washstand and toilet
The mirror cabinet offers you enough space for your toiletries
Hair dryer and cosmetic mirror are available, as well as a small range of toiletries / cosmetic items

You can also spend time comfortably on the balcony. Since the "balcony" is actually a loggia, you sit there very protected and can use the room in summer like an additional room.

Absolutely fantastic. Fabulous accommodation, extremely comfortable. Our host was very friendly and helpful. An added bonus was the free travel pass, for buses and trains.

Hello!Everything was very clean and this was a perfect place for my cousin and I to have as our base as we searched for relatives in Germany!When we arrived Josef took us on a tour of the place and even where to park. He was very helpful and let us know where to go and get supplies. When our stay was done and we left very early in the morning he even got up to send us on our way.We will be back to stay again .Thank you!!Andrew Gilles

Perfect place for a sightseeing getaway

My husband and I stayed here for several days while sightseeing in the region. The apartment is located in a wonderful area and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bed is one of the best we have ever slept in, my husband actually said he liked it better than ours at home. The chairs in the living room were very nice as well. Check in and check out were super easy.

Beautiful apartment

This is a lovely clean and well equipped apartment, with a balcony which overlooks the river. It is located in a very quiet part of Cochem but the town centre is easily accessed. Ingrid was very helpful. The photographs on the vrbo site don't do it justice - it was much more spacious than we had expected.

The apartment was exactly as presented and perfect for the two of us. Ingrid, our host, met us on arrival to show us around and since she lives upstairs is easy to contact if there is a need. The location is good as you have no need for a car. You can walk to Cochem easily and from there you have public transport to wherever you want.To add to the charm, when you return in the evening there is a good chance that you will be met by a very large and very friendly dog sleeping in the entryway, he likes you to give his head a scratch.

Wir wurden sehr nett von der freundlichen Wohnungsbesitzerin empfangen. Die Wohnung selbst ist bestens eingerichtet mit einer in jedem Raum hochwertigen Einrichtung. Oftmals findet man in Ferienwohnungen billiges Geschirr, stumpfe Messer und unbequeme Betten vor. Das ist hier nicht der Fall. Die Kücheneinrichtung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig, das Boxspringbett war super bequem, das Bad modern. Auch an regnerischen Tagen langweilt man sich in dieser Wohnung nicht, dank TV, DVD-Player mit DVD's, Spiele und zwei vollen Bücherregalen. Hab ich schon die Logia mit schönem Ausblick erwähnt? Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Schöne Woche in Cochem

Gastfreundschaft wird hier gelebt

Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend u hilfsbereit. Mir wurde angeboten mich vom Bahnhof abzuholen und ein früherer Check in möglich gemacht. Tipps für Wanderungen u Ausflüge wurden persönlich mitgeteilt. Die Gadtgeber waren immer schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist geräumig u sehr sauber u mit viel Komfort zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet. Der geschütze Balkon mit Blick auf das Moseltal u die Mosel ist ein Highlight, welches wir viel u gerne zum Frühstücken oder in den Abendstunden genutzt haben. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, in etwa 15 min erreicht man zu Fuß das Zentrum von Cochem. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt u hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage.

Alles super, nur das Wetter nicht!

Wir waren 6 Tage mit Rädern im schönen Moseltal. Mit der Unterkunft waren wir sehr zufrieden. Abends gemütlich vorm Fernseher in den schönen Relex-Sesseln - einfach toll! Als die Kaltfront kam funktionierte auch sofort die Heizung, das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Alle Räume waren sehr sauber, schöne Harmonie der Gardienen in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer zur Tapete. Wir hatten bei der Abreise eine Kleinigkeit vergessen, wurde sofort und kostenlos nachgeschickt. Kleiner Wunsch: Liste der wichtigsten Fernsehkanäle, besonders dritte Programme sowie Radioprogramme Unseren Vermietern wünschen wir alles Gute!

Gemütliches Appartement mit schönem Ausblick

Uns hat es sehr gut hier gefallen. Das Appartement hat eine schöne Größe und ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Dusche ist richtig toll und hat verschiedene Funktionen (Regenwald). Besonders schön war die Loggia mit Blick auf die Mosel und auf Weinberge. Morgens war es zum Frühstück noch angenehm kühl und gegen Nachmittag kam die Sonne.Es gab aber auch eine Markise. Durch die Überdachung und die Wände konnte man selbst bei Regen draußen sitzen.

Saubere und komplette Ausstattung. Gemütliche Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen, ruhige Lage mit Blick auf die Mosel. Besonderes Highlight: Vom Vermieter wird ein Gäste-Ticket für den ÖPNV der Region ausgestellt, mit dem man kostenlos alle Busse und Bahnen benutzen kann. Parkplatzsuche in den Städten überflüssig.

Schöne Unterkunft und nette Vermieter

Schöner Aufenthalt

Für 3 Nächte war ich mit einer Freundin in der Wohnung. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und sauber, es ist alles da, was man benötigt (Küchengeräte, Kaffee, Filter, Spülmaschinentabs, Bettwäsche, Handtücher). Man braucht im Prinzip nichts mitbringen. Wir wurden sehr nett persönlich begrüßt und durch die Wohnung geführt. Die Umgebung ist atemberaubend schön, es gibt viele Aktivitäten, die man machen kann. In den Ortskern sind es 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Rundum haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!
