- a bathroom with shower,
- a perfectly equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, ironing equipment, fan,
- TV and Wi-Fi.

Please note the following additional costs:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

## Neighborhood

In the 15th arrondissement of Paris, this apartment is located close to all the tourist sites such as the Eiffel Tower, the quartier Saint Germain, the Hôtel des Invalides and many other famous sites of Paris. The apartment is nested in the Vaugirard neighbourhood which kept its way of living, its familial ambiance and its green gardens inherited from the XIXth century. You'll be able to enjoy a lot of these green parks, such as the Adolphe Chérioux, George Brassens or André Citroën. Whether you want to go shopping at Le Bon Marché, visit the Parc du Luxembourg or run along the banks of the Seine - in this studio you can fully enjoy the French capital on foot or by transport and discover the many chic restaurants and bars of the district.
