The apartment is a 12-minute walk from Gare Montparnasse. It includes a sofa, two armchairs, a television, and a round table for your meals or as an improvised office. The kitchen has an electric hob, oven, microwave, and espresso machine.

Complimentary hotel-quality linens ensure a good night's rest, including a blackout curtain in both bedrooms. A Babybjörn umbrella bed is also available, catering to the sleep needs of infants and toddlers aged 0-3 years.

All the essentials in the bathroom, including a towel rail/heater. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost.

Cleaning and disinfection will be carried out before or before your scheduled arrival.

There are many shopping options, such as La Grande Epicerie de Paris and the Chapel of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. Cafes, like La Coupole, are also close by. There are also lots of restaurants and bars, such as Pathé Parnasse, Le Ciel de Paris Restaurant, Le Café du Commerce, UGC Montparnasse, Pathé Convention, Restaurant Wengé - Hôtel Concorde Montparnasse, and Indiana Club Maine.

Its convenient location is just a 3-minute walk from Volontaires and Vaugirard stations, 1.3 km from Paris Montparnasse Hall 1 - 2, 2.2 km from Barbâtre, and 4.9 km from Saint-Lazare.

Museé du Louvre is 30 minutes via metro; interchange to Line 1 at Concorde.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
