Everything was exactly as described and what we needed for a long weekend getaway with our dogs! Appreciated them being pet friendly. Only thing that was less than desirable was the very loud upstairs neighbors until 1am. However, not the hosts fault. Would stay here again!

Not sure what was wrong to receive only 4-star rating. Especially since she was given a discounted rate. No mention of anything not working or satisfactory during stay from this guest. We pride ourselves in quality Branson properties and we welcome you to visit Branson.

Week Stay

This was perfect for our family. It was close to everything but still far enough for peace. Our view was great, and it was nice to sit outside and drink our coffee in the mornings. Will recommend to friends and family. Our only issue was the TVs in our rooms did not work.

Great property and location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Close to Silver Dollar City and perfect if you don't want to deal with tons of traffic as you go against it since you're not coming from the strip. The condo had everything we needed and we loved the view from the back porch. The property was quiet and everyone was friendly.

Great Location & Perfect for a Quick Visit to Branson

The accommodations at this condo were exactly what we were looking for. Great location, good supplies provided in the condo, got to bring our dogs, and well priced. My husband, three teenage sons, me, and our two dogs felt comfortable, safe, and comfortable. Wi-Fi was helpful since service wasn’t great.

Beautiful getaway by the lake

This was a cute condo with an excellent view of the hills. Can also see the lake and walk down to it. My wife and I took our daughter there to celebrate her birthday. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed walking down to the lake and gazing out at the moon from the balcony. Overall a good value for the money spent.

Everything was good. Clean, no smells. The back deck is large. Easy check in and out. Definitely a busy location. Pool was always full and it was nice having a hot tub as well. Honestly couldn’t beat the price

The Condo was everything it described in description. Rooms were roomy and comfortable. We used the sofa bed for family and it could use a newer mattress. Loved the few. Over a very nice place in a good location.

Good Stay

Overall it was a good stay. It was not the same property as I booked online, but it was actually better looking than the other one. The address of the property was not right at first but the manager was prompt in updating me and very kind. The only thing that would have been better was instructions on entering the code to get in. I did not know that I had to enter the star at the end so it made getting in after dark kind of a pain. Overall a great location close to Silver Dollar City. I would certainly stay here again.

Not as we are use to

Bad need of updating wind blowing curtains on sliding doors had to put a shoulder to entrance door to open ran out of hot water after two showers not as advertised would not recommend to anyone we have been going to Branson for the last 10 years this is the worst place we have stayed

Not sure where this guest stayed, but we don't have curtains on the sliding doors and we do have a brand new hot water tank. We are sorry you did not have a 5-star visit like our other guests. Not sure what "not as advertised" means. Thanks for staying.

Had a mouse problem

We texted the number they gave to us with no response for approx 8 hours so I sent message via VRBO and they replied have someone out in less than an hour 2 hours later still no one so we left and headed home early. Meanwhile we seen a mouse run under the queen size bed that was it we left

Strange. We have no missed calls or texts from you. And we called out exterminator, based on your comment, and he found no traces of any mice. Sorry, we don't give refunds when guests make up stories to get discounts.

Waste a waste a time.

AC was not working and froze up spent several hot nights with no AC. Mice droppings in silverware drawer. Spiders inside several hornet nests on deck. Very hard to reach propert management, slow responses and no follow up. Property management offered no relief (fans or other accomdations). Property management was not customer friendly.

So Much Potential

We loved the location of this property. I am very familiar with this complex and was grateful to find a condo available here. The condo itself has a great setup and a wonderful deck! I sat out on the deck with my coffee and devotional - joyful!! Unfortunately, the master bath was not cleaned well. There was hair in the bathtub. It was obvious the rugs had not been washed in the master bath. The outlets in both bathrooms did not work. I did try the reset button but, no change. There were no kitchen towels so, I used paper towels for washing and drying. The washing machine and dryer were great to have and we had no problems with them. The TV's were not working properly. I contacted the property manager and they responded very quickly. We ended up being gone pretty much the entire time and thus, did not need the TV's but, they had offered to send a repair person out the next day. So, good communication. Overall, I liked a lot about this property but, the cleaning seemed to be done without good care.
