House with garden 500m from the beach, Pornic

Located at the gates of the historic district of Pornic and just 600m from "La plage de la Noëveillard", the port, shops, bars and restaurants; "Les Iris" is a single-storey house of 90m², set in an enclosed garden of 600 m². It has two double bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed, able to accommodate up to 6 people.



The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home; induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine…. The lounge has a television and Wi-Fi access. (Fireplace not available) The veranda serves as a dining room and overlooks the garden. A bathroom and an independent WC complete the rental. For maximum comfort, the following are available: a washing machine, a hairdryer, a travel cot, a charcoal barbecue (Weber), garden furniture (table and chairs) and sun loungers.
