Perfect property in great location

We spent the Christmas holidays in Dallas to visit family, and this property worked out perfect. Great location with lots of beds when family wanted to stay over after late nights of playing games and visiting. Very convenient with easy access to tollway.

Pickleball stay

Beautiful property. Safe, clean, easy access. We played at the Pickleball Nationals in Farmers Branch. This property was beautiful. Mary was wonderful. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Good Location

4 couples stayed 3 days at this property during FCS Football Championship events and game at Toyota Stadium. The Pros: close to places we wanted to go, easy drive to DFW airport, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, newer appliances, garage parking. Cons: property is 3 floors with steep stairs, misleading pictures on VRBO site regarding bedrooms as there are not 2 bedrooms with twin beds—instead, a king room, a queen room, a twin room and a tv room that doubles as a bedroom with a daybed and a pullout couch. A Nespresso was the only coffee maker in the house, with no directions on where to get more pods. And they would have been pretty expensive, I’m sure. We bought a cheap little coffee pot and left it there. I called the owner about there being no wine glasses or Roku for main floor TV, and the next morning they were both delivered. That was a lovely surprise! In spite of the inconveniences we had a great time, loved the comfort of the fireplace, and set up Roku on the main level tv to watch more football!

This place is very spacious and worked well for our family. There were some issues upon checkin, such as no trash bag in the kitchen trash can and no extras anywhere. There was no extra toilet paper in the bathrooms, just whatever was on the current holder. There was only 1 dishwasher pod and the trash can in the garage was full from the previous renters. I did contact the host to tell her we needed these things. She did respond and had her housekeeper drop them off. Later we discovered there weren’t enough towels for everyone and there were no extras anywhere, so instead of making another request from the host, I shared a towel with my daughter. Also, there is not a coffee pot/maker in this place. Instead there is a Nespresso and there were no pods to be found anywhere. I don’t know if they were supposed to be provided and didn’t ask, but we had a house full of coffee drinkers so we had to buy pods. The house is in a good location and we were able to walk to restaurants nearby. We did not utilize the garage as there is plenty of parking to be found. The house was very clean and spacious and worked well for our family.

Great property

The positive: Great location, amazing weather and the property was immaculate! The property feels bigger than the photos. The property manager was also very responsive. However it was the biggest inconvenience with door entrance code. It NEVER worked! To have to call the property manager to recode the door every time we arrived back to property was frustrating and inconvenient; especially with a elderly parent who was not able to get the restroom and her medication due to the difficulty of getting into the property. I literally jam my finger entering the code. In addition watch for hidden fees. We were continuously asked about the number of individuals staying at the property but what was more appallingly was to count the number of people who had come over for Thanksgiving as an additional cost at the rate of $50/person was totally disconcerting. Daytime guests are an additional charge. My husband and I were not aware of these fees until after I disclosed in advance that our college son and roommate would join the family for Thanksgiving dinner. Keep in mind visiting and supporting our son who plays college basketball there was the reason for the trip to Plano. All that being said, no additional charges were accessed making the trip and property turn out pretty well!
