This two floor spacious family villa PLUS 2 bedroom apartment is located in Aruba's prestigues gated community and golf course: Tierra del Sol. The villa is a designers dream and gives you a warm feeling from the moment you enter. This home sleeps 12 guests comfortably and gives you the privacy and freedom to enjoy a worry free vacation in the lap of luxury. Aruba's best beaches are only minutes away!

If elegance and luxury are what you are looking for, you found it! This villa has a WOW factor and is one of our most beautiful homes.
This gorgeously styled home has great features, amazing top of the line bathrooms, marble floors; an incredible kitchen, only the finest! Stay in this villa and you will never want to leave...
Ofcourse we also supply beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, there is a washer and dryer, a safe to store your valuables, free WiFi, we have it all.

The larger villa has four bedrooms with 4 ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms have a beautiful balcony or outdoor space with outdoor furniture and gorgeous views. The kitchen is large and fully equiped with anything you need to cook any meal at home. The entire villa is airconditioned with a central airconditioner. On the patio we have a beautiful large dining table with a gas grill.
Next to the kitchen is a laundry area with washer and dryer.

On the other side of the pool is the smaller home with 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living area and kitchen. This home is completely aircondioned as well.

We rent both homes together and not separate, to ensure complete privacy.

The pool is between the 4 bedroom home and the 2 bedroom home. The small seating area in the pool with jets, is not heated.

There is TV in the living area of the large house and the apartment, but the bedrooms have no TV.

We are Premier Partner on Homeaway for over 10 years now, so you will be in good hands with the Marin Family!

NOTES
There is a cleaning fee of $400 USD (cash) upon check in. This fee covers both the preparation before your stay and the cleaning after you leave.

We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to those policies.

Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.

We always recommend guests to rent a car, for all our properties, regardless of the location. Even small distances are unpleasant to walk in the heat, you sunburn fast. Especially carrying a cooler, beach chairs and bags, it is nice to have an airconditioned car.
Most roads have no sidewalks so you walk in the dirt next to the roads, and the roads can be a bit dark at night.
Taxi service is reliable and fast, but not cheap. Taxis are not allowed to take more than 5 passengers, so you may have to use 2 taxis each way if you have a large group. If you plan to leave the home a few times a day for a grocery run, a beach visit and a dinner, you may save money by renting a car, and you will have the luxury to have full time transportation at your fingertips.
Of course it is also the best way to really see and explore Aruba and visit different beaches!

Beautiful house, even better than the pictures. All the appliances are top of the line. Plenty of dishes, etc. Well maintained. Ting's market is a mile away and we were very close to Arashi beach. We went to the Clubhouse one day, which was a nice change. I would totally recommend this house.

We had 12 people for the week and there was plenty of room for all. The kitchen was stocked with all the essential cooking needs and the appliances were very nice, with a spacious refrigerator and freezer. Aruban Oasis

Beautiful home, great location, fantastic kitchen. Everything we needed to relax and enjoy Aruba was provided. There were 11 of us ranging in age from 8 months to 80, we all had a fantastic time. This is our 8th year renting houses in the Caribbean and this is by far our favorite house and island. I'm looking forward to retuning next year.

Great Space and Had a Great time

We loved the house and had a great time there. In the afternoons after having been out all day, it was so great to relax in the pool and just rest before our evening plans. Everything was fantastic. The only slight changes I would make would be to include a few more kitchen utensils that we hadn't thought about until we started making meals and maybe a bigger / better gas grill. but those were small things admittedly. Overall everything was amazing and we had a great time!

We travel to Aruba every year with 4 couples and rent a home. This home had plenty of space for everyone, it was very clean and well appointed. It is situated in a beautiful well maintained quiet neighborhood close to all. A few suggestions might be more outdoor seating since the house did have plenty of outdoor areas that would have been lovely to sit in.It also would have been nice to have a more plentiful stock of bathroom towels, a small set of toiletries and a small supply of laundry soap. We have stayed in many properties that include these.overall the stay was lovely, the management company was extremely responsive and very friendly.

The best time ever!!!

For the first time we combined three different households and ventured out together. We had the best time ever. The house was everything the pictures showed and more. Very comfortable, had all the amenities we needed, the grounds were impeccable, the layout of the property was ideal…Daniel came and met us on arrival. Showed us the layout of the house and answered any and every question we had of the property as well as about Aruba. We had a few minor issues but Daniel responded promptly every time. I would highly recommend this property. Close enough to Palm and Eagle beach and the nightlife…. You will need a vehicle to get around. There was even a community pool, restaurant, spa, and golf course. Thanks for making our stay unforgettable!

Beautiful Property for a Group

This property is just like the photos and will not disappoint. Very close to the California Lighthouse; you can see it from the Tierra del Sol restaurant, gym and community pool. A quick drive to the grocery and restaurants and casinos. Our group of 10 had a wonderful time and opted to cook in a few nights and dine out others. Check in and check out was a breeze. I’d highly recommend this property for family and friends.

The Tierra del Sol clubhouse with pool and gym and spa are not included in your rental. Tennis and Golf are not included.
There is a restaurant at the Clubhouse which you are welcome to dine at.
Gym: USD 15 per day or USD 75 per week.
Price includes use of the sauna, steamroom and locker service. Guests must bring own towel. Minimum age: 16
Pool passes: USD 35 per adult (includes USD 20 food and beverage credit) and USD 25 per child (includes USD 10 food and beverage credit).
The clubhouse pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm
