The house, facing south, is modern, large and functional. It is very bright and cheerful. It includes a large volume of living room largely glazed on the terrace and the garden; living room completely renovated. The kitchen, partly open to the living room, is pleasant and very well equipped. The back kitchen is an extension of the kitchen. The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor overlook a patio. The bathrooms and separate WC are also on the ground floor. The first floor includes 4 independent bedrooms. The complex is surrounded by an enclosed garden with sand and the vegetation of the island. The house is located in a dead end near the sea, dunes and woods. The house is near the village where there are all the small local shops. You can easily get around on foot, by bike or by car.

Luxurious house and garden near beach and dunes

This is a marvelous large house perfect for a family retreat. Lots of common space with 6 bed rooms and a large garden with a path to the beach through the forested dunes. Noirmoutier is a great island for beaches, local markets, nice towns. It is not over developed and very low key with great sea food and lots a bike paths. A great place for a family beach vacation.

Belle maison quelques points à améliorer

Points positifs : très bien située, bien équipée, jardin +++idéal pour les enfants. Concierge à l'écoute et très réactive Points négatifs : pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée ! 8 couchages à l'étage mais pas de sanitaires. Nombreuses volées de marches - préciser : non adapté PMR et très jeunes enfants - impossible de rafraîchir la maison : ni ventilateur, ni climatisation - 30 degrés toute la journée...dur !

Noirmoutier en famille

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêves en famille. La maison est merveilleuse, pensée pour une grande famille, située idéalement à quelques minutes de la plage après avoir traversé un petit bois. L'espace séjour est superbe: on peut y être très nombreux sans se gêner. Le confort est excellent. La décoration maritime est aussi magnifique. Le jardin naturel est parfait pour satisfaire l'imagination des enfants. Un grand bravo aux propriétaires de ce paradis.

La maison de vacances idéale pour des vacances familiales?

Que demander de plus pour des vacances familiales ?Une immense et belle pièce à vivre ,très lumineuse ,ouverte sur l’extérieur ,avec de multiple espaces de convivialité ,un espace extérieur fantastique pour les enfants :la plage à la maison ,la balançoire dans la clairière ,la cabane cachée sous les arbres ,la mer à 300m,un service de conciergerie des plus accueillants …Nous avons adoré notre séjour avec notre petite tribu familiale …

Dès l'arrivée dans la propriété de L'Epine vous serez séduits par l'environnement , l'originalité et la décoration de cette grande maison où vous pouvez vivre avec aisance à 12 personnes . Le chemin pour vous rendre à la plage à travers la pinède est tellement magnifique...sans oublier le calme qui entoure ce lieu magique.

Bijzonder aangenaam, praktisch en mooi huis op een unieke locatie. 5mins wandelen van het strand langs de niet-toeristische kant van het eiland.

Bien située et très spacieuse

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'être aussi près de la plage. La maison est très joliment décorée et confortable, bien adaptée pour 10 voire 14 personnes. Toute la famille garde de bons souvenirs de ce séjour. Astuce : louer des vélos permet d'explorer l'île autrement, et les enfants adorent.
