About this property

My flat enjoys exceptional views over Lac du Bourget, in a very quiet building. It has 120 m2 of living space, including two independent bedrooms. It also has a sofa bed in another room (called the "study"), a large kitchen opening onto the living-dining area.
2 bathrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, and a 40 m2 terrace facing Lac du Bourget.
A swimming pool is available in the residence, just a 50 m walk from the flat.
A haven of peace for families, hikers, sports enthusiasts and leisurely strollers.
Weekly bookings from Saturday at 4pm to the following Saturday at 10am.

The Lido beach can be reached on foot in 3 minutes, via a path and footbridge spanning the road running alongside the lake.

Agréable appartement très bien situé

Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré cette forte chaleur Quelques petits désagréments comme le ménage non fait ou à peine et le manque de parasol qui a fait que nous ne pouvions utiliser la terrasse que le matin Table extérieure aussi pas utilisable à 5 Les escaliers assez compliqués à utiliser aussi Mais l emplacement et la vue en fait certainement un des plus agréables
