Welcome to The Little Mint Cottage! This 100 year old 1 bedroom home has been recently renovated and is located in a quiet downtown neighborhood across from a beautiful park. Close to the highway and walking distance from Lucas Oil, the home is minutes from the Convention Center, museums, restaurants, theaters, and all downtown Indy has to offer. Perfect for business travelers, couples, sporting events, and conventions. Easy street parking right outside. Get cozy & relax in this DT retreat!

Our stay for the weekend was great. The place was so quaint and cute; the snow made it even cuter! The house was very homey and Krystle made sure we felt welcome with everything n we could need. We will definitely be keeping this on the top of our list for next time we’re in town.

Perfect home away from home

This cottage is in a great location if you're attending any event at the Lucas Oil Stadium. Easy to find from the airport.

Everything you need.

You can count on having everything you need to enjoy your stay at the property. You'll find a wide assortment of coffee, snacks, and even toiletries. Managers were very prompt for answer and fielded questions as well. Will definitely consider this property in the future again!

I had to attend a convention, as a last-minute addition and searched for a hotel room near the stadium, but all were sold out. I was about to book a room in a hotel near the airport, begrudgingly, but wanted to check other options one more time. That's when I saw the little mint cottage & quickly booked it, which was a great decision. I absolutely loved it & if I visit Indy again, this is the place I will want to stay. Thanks.

Amazing host

Can’t say enough about how awesome my stay was in Indy and this host made my stay the best. Arrived to explore the city and take on the eclipse. When I arrived the host made us feel welcome and went above and beyond with snacks, eclipse glasses, and great explanation of everything on the property. Quiet neighborhood, so close to everything downtown. Definitely check out this property.

Perfect Place, Perfect Location, Just all-around a Great House!

Originally, I had planned on staying just me for my son’s Volleyball tournament. My daughter decided to join me and Krystle and Quinton made super sure we were very comfortable. The house has anything and everything you could need. Run out of toilet paper, there’s some under the sink! Forgot toothpaste, Krystle/Quinton already supplied some! Forget all your device chargers at home, house is filled with chargers! We will definitely be back to stay here!

Cute little house

We stayed 2 nights to go to a concert. The house is very cute, its an older house but still a comfortable stay. The location of the house isn't bad, the park across the street is very cute and we could see the stadium from the front door. A few blocks in either direction gets a little questionable, We had intended to walk to lucas oil stadium but with road construction in the area, weather and somewhat questionable areas we decided we would just go park downtown which Wasn't a big deal. Like others said it gets a little chilly in the house but the thermostat is easy to work and comfy blankets available while we were watching tv. The bed was very comfortable. The host is very good at communicating, the little personal touches/snacks were a plus. If we stay in Indianapolis again we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing little cottage with big character and amenities

This cottage is absolutely amazing! It is right across the street from a very quiet/quaint park. There is a playground, but it is still quiet. You almost won't know you are in the city, it is a cute little neighborhood just barely outside the city and you can't really hear the hustle and bustle from there. Krystal, the owner, has thought of absolutely everything! She is so thoughtful. Everything from having a personalized message on the wall when we walked in, to hangers in the closet, K-cups for the Keurig, extra towels, laundry soap, snacks, toothpaste, shampoo, and soap. It has more amenities than a lot of hotels we have stayed in. It is very clean and tidy as well. There is no clutter or dirt to be seen. We are thinking of planning a trip to Indianapolis again soon just to stay in the Mint Cottage again!

Cute cottage

Everything was great! Convenient location. Nice personal touches to make the stay like home. Would definitely stay again. The only thing I would suggest is to bring slippers because the floors are cold, but it’s an old house, so it’s to be expected.

An Amenity Filled Gem

I had an awesome stay at the “Little Mint Cottage”. The place is very clean and full of amenities that makes the stay more enjoyable (e.g., a large variety of coffee, an on-demand ice maker, an assortment of sandwich condiments, and multiple charging stations for all your devices). The living area has a very appealing and modern décor that makes it a fun hangout spot before going to a game. Good free parking and a short walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. I would definitely stay here again when I plan to stay overnight for a football game. Finally, Krystle is an awesome host, very responsive for check-in and addressing any needs you may have.

Convenient place for a stay in Indy!

Very easy check in process, love the fact that had the washer and dryer. Easy to change the temperature to my liking and plenty of room for just me. Convenient to downtown. Would stay here again, thanks!

Beautiful and convenient

This is an adorable place to stay that is so close to downtown. We really enjoyed the place and the little details. Very comfortable. It was so close to downtown that we didn't even need to worry about driving and parking we just picked up a couple scooters near by and road to everywhere we needed to go. There were clear instructions on everything in the house and felt very cozy. Way better then staying at a hotel.
