Location was typical as all other VRBOS I've stayed in in Indy-I always stay in or around Lucas Oil Stadium because my meetings are at the convention center. I would not feel comfortable walking at night alone in this neighborhood, but I Ubered everywhere as is the norm. I do this same trip every year for work. Everything was clean. Water pressure in the showers was the worst I've ever experienced, but made do. Beds were on the average side for comfort. In the bedroom by the door its a 4 or 5" foam pad on top off a boxspring-it likes to move on you overnight. Location, beds, and the water pressure issue kept me from an overall GREAT experience. I messaged host regarding the water issue after the fact-I knew there would be no fix while we stayed because we were there for only a few nights.

Unique downtown Indy hot tub experience!

This location is beautiful, you’ll find the most unique decor and cozy set up with each room you walk into, we had three adults but with the pull out couch in the living room more guests could easily sleep and have plenty of room! The hot tub patio and rooftop patio were amazing it was so nice watching the sun go down from the roof and you’ll have the best sleep of your life if you utilize the hot tub before bed! Great host beautiful property I will definitely be telling all friends and family about this property

Very well decorated and all the amenities one needs for a week in town. Two fully decked out bedroom suites, well apart from each other for privacy and plenty of room for social gathering for your group as well.

Great stay

The property was very nice, excellent proximity to downtown and the everwise amplitheater which we were there to attend. The neighborhood maybe wasn’t the greatest just by looking around when we walked to a nearby restaurant but it was quiet and we had no problems whatsoever. The owner was quick to respond and she left us 2 delicious eclairs as a treat which was so nice.

Family fun in Indy

We came for the Mecum car auction and to celebrate our wedding anniversary, Mother’s Day and our daughter in law’s birthday! The house was amazing the host was equally amazing and even left us a lil surprise for our Anniversary! Thank you! We would definitely come back!
