This independent flat of 100m² of living space + 100m² of terraces, has 3 double bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned, a living room with a sofa bed communicating with the air-conditioned living room kitchen, a bathroom with Italian shower and bath, and a separate toilet.
Nestled on the heights of Châteauneuf du Pape, close to shops and restaurants, the rooftop offers a 360° panoramic view. You can admire the Mont Ventoux with the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Luberon, the Alpilles, the vineyards and the castle of Châteauneuf du Pape. The ballet of the swifts at sunrise and sunset is a spectacle in itself.
An ideal place to spend a very pleasant stay in Provence with family or friends. There are many tourist sites within an hour of Châteauneuf du Pape. There is also a public car park 20 metres from the flat to park your cars.
Concierge services with optional daily cleaning as requested by tenants during their stay, billed at 20 euros per hour directly to tenants.
