The property is located in a mobile home community and my GPS found it challenging to locate the exact property the first day. Pros Located close to grocery and restaurants. Community is quiet and has a pool. A bit rural looking community but fine with me( hens & ducks) Cons Property looked clean at first glance but with further notice it’s not well kept. Dirty and damaged blinds. House smells of roach repellent, luckily we didn’t see any. Bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. Owner should have done a thorough cleaning before renting. We still saw the previous occupants things ( head cover, food).
