Schöne Wohnung, strandnah und zentral

Eine sehr schöne, typisch französische Wohnung. Mit zwei Balkonen. Einer bei der KĂŒche geht zur Straße raus und der andere beim Wohnzimmer geht in den Garten raus. Die KĂŒchenseite ist belebt, die Gartenseite nur ins GrĂŒne und in die Stille. Binnen Minuten ist man sowohl beim BĂ€cker, Metzger, FischhĂ€ndler aber auch am Strand. Die nĂ€chste Brasserie ist 50m. entfernt. Die Bilder sind alle stimmig. Einige haben sich wg. der Toilette beschwert, wir finden sie groß genug fĂŒrs GeschĂ€ft.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, Zentral gelegen und Strandnah

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die KĂŒche ist ein wahrer Traum mit Ofen, der Herd hat Gas- und Induktionsplatten. Großer Gefrier- und KĂŒhlschrank Mikrowelle, Senseokaffeemaschine (mit der Möglichkeit auch Filterkaffee zu brĂŒhen) und viel Geschirr sind vorhanden. Auf den Bildern vom Wohnzimmer sind bei Interchalet Hocker zu sehen, sind aber gute StĂŒhle. Ledercouch im Wohnzimmer. Die Betten sind richtig gut (wir sind RĂŒckenschmerzpatienten) und das Bad ist top aktuell

A week in Le Lavandou

A very nice apartment apart from:- * The toilet is in a room no bigger than a cupboard. At 6 foot Tall I struggled and found it very uncomfortable. * View from balcony disappointing, it overlooked unkempt gardens and a car park and demotivated us to self cater.

Dommage , Qu’à l arrive il manquait le matĂ©riel pour le balcon et terrasse . On nous donne la clĂ© de la cave en nous disant regarder preneur sans plus de renseignements. AprĂšs lave vaisselle en panne ce qui peux arriver le rĂ©parateur ne pouvait rien faire avant notre dĂ©part . Mais l agence ne nous Ă  pas proposer 1 baisse . Et pour finir en donnant les clĂ©s juste au revoir . Cela Ă©tait 1 peu court . C Ă©tait partait au plus vite et on s en fou .

Bien équipé et bon emplacement

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© et bien amĂ©nagĂ©. En revanche l’état de propretĂ© (surtout les sols) n’était pas du tout satisfaisant. Poils de chien au sol et dans les lits, verres cassĂ©s, mouchoirs usagĂ©s, papiers et emballages au sols dans les chambres. De plus, l’appartement ne possĂšde ni aspirateur ni serpilliĂšre.

Het is een prachtig appartement ,in het centrum van Le Lavandou.Er ontbreekt echt helemaal niets en is van alle gemakken voorzien .Zoals vaatwasser en wasmachine .Het is ons uitstekend goed bevallen en gaan het zeker weer een keertje huren in dien mogelijk .

Positiv : genug Platz, 2 Balkone, gute KĂŒchenausstattung, alles ziemlich neu und geschmackvoll. GeschĂ€fte und Strand fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Negativ : schlechte Matratzen (Ikea), vorderer Balkon nicht benutzbar wegen des VerkehrslĂ€rms, Fenster und BalkontĂŒr immer zu. Auch im mehrstöckigen Haus mehrmals LĂ€rm durch Handwerker. Den Garten, so wie auf dem Werbefoto dargestellt, haben wir nicht gefunden.

Zentrale Lage, deshalb sehr laut. Schlechte Matratzen. Gute KĂŒchenausstattung, moderne Einrichtung. Enges Bad. Unbequeme Sitzhocker, keine StĂŒhle. Viel Platz fĂŒr zwei, sauber.
