Gorgeous Lake View - 365 Days Out of the Year! Our ground-level, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, is perfect for your party of eight or less. The master suite, with its own private view of the lake, comes with a luxurious queen bed and updated bathroom. The guest room comes equipped with two queen beds and a full private bathroom. The living room has a full-size couch with two cozy recliners to make your stay even more relaxing.

Virtual Walkthrough:

Enjoy your well-deserved vacation by starting your morning off with a cup of coffee on our private covered patio, while taking in the gorgeous views of Table Rock Lake, known for its majestic scenery and great fishing. When you're finished, spend the day on any of the many local golf courses, Ledgestone is just a short drive away! The famous Dogwood Canyon is just a quick 15-minute trip from the condo and a must-see! Take a trip back to the 1880s at Silver Dollar City (just 15 minutes away) where this world-famous park has plenty of thrilling rides, shows, and delicious food for the whole family! You could enjoy White Water, rent a boat or a jet ski from Kimberling City Marina to cruise Table Rock Lake, or even go parasailing! Not interested in boating? Head on over to Moonshine Beach for some fun in the sand and swimming in Table Rock Lake. We’re also just a quick 20-minute stroll from the Branson "strip" (Highway 76) and all other major Branson attractions, wineries, restaurants, award-winning shows, shops, and more.
We’re so close to everything, yet just off the beaten path to avoid heavy traffic.

KITCHEN
This beautiful kitchen has everything you need for your stay. From appliances (a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker), to cookware, utensils, dishes, and basic condiments, you have everything you need to cook at home if you choose. Why not eat on the patio while watching the boats stroll by? But keep in mind that Branson is home to many wonderful restaurants. Check out TripAdvisor for the top ten local faves!
A high chair is available and mounts to the dining table.

BEDROOMS
Each of our three queen beds has an immaculate setup that's laundered before each guest arrives. You can rest in style and know that your bedding is as clean as it is at home! There is a TV located in each bedroom as well.
The master bedroom closet contains a Pack-n-Play for your tiny travelers.

BATHROOMS
There are hairdryers in both bathrooms. There are plenty of towels and washcloths for your stay.

WASHER/DRYER
A stackable washer and dryer set is available, so you can do laundry during your trip.
2 loads of laundry soap/dryer sheets are available with each stay.

POOL
There is an outdoor pool available for all guests, during warm Spring/Summer/Fall days. Typically open Memorial Day to Labor Day weekends.

CONDO EXTRAS
This condo has a flat-screen Smart TV with high-speed Internet. When you’re looking for a little downtime, we have a deck of cards, UNO, a puzzle, and a couple of games available.

We had a little trouble initially locating the area due to construction but after that, we loved it! Great view, great layout and overall a wonderful place to stay. I would recommend and stay there again!

It was a beautiful quiet condo located right on the lake with view of the bridge! The fog coming off the water in the morning and the sunset at night was amazing! Within 20 minutes of SDC, it was great to avoid Branson traffic. The beds were great and having bunk beds for the grandkids were awesome! The host was very accommodating, as we decided to add another night after we booked. The original condo wasn’t available but she offered this one instead and we were thrilled!

Perfect place for a girl’s weekend

The condo was absolutely perfect for our girl’s trip. It was beautiful and stocked with everything that we needed. We loved sitting out on the balcony overlooking the lake enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The owners were very helpful with any questions that we had and information about local restaurants and stores that were just minutes away. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was spectacular! Our young adult sons enjoyed the full sized beds in the 2nd bedroom as opposed to the normal twin size. The condo was updated and nicely decorated. The only negative would be the mattress in the main bedroom had a mattress topper which we felt was way too soft and seemed to be a little over used. However some might like it that way. Overall, a great stay.

Relaxing Getaway

Lovely condo with a fantastic view of the lake! We’ve been coming to Branson for many years and tried out Kimberling City this time around. Great nearby restaurants and coffee shops! This condo is in a great location and by the looks of it will have more shops & restaurants opening up in the near future. Our daughters loved the bunk beds and ability to walk down to the lake. We’ll be back again! Thank you!

New Years trip for the kids

This place is stunning. The location and view are worth the price alone. It’s just far enough outside of the Branson hustle and bustle, but close enough to things you need to get to. The condo is pretty well equipped with everything you need. The kids loved their room and that they had big beds to themselves. We even got to see some fireworks off the lake on New Years despite how cold it was. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Property is very nice have stayed on this property before just not this particular one. This one is very nice in way it is set up with the bunk beds above the beds kids really liked it. The view is very nice. The only problem i can see thst they have is the spiders. Like i stated earlier we have stayed in numerous condos at this resort and can not ever remember having that many spiders. The owners are very easy to deal with they got right on a problem with washer and dryer and they promptly took care of it. Plus gave us a refund of 50.00 for the inconvenience which was very nice. Would stay ther again if they would try to rectify the other problem. D

The smell as we walked in the door smelt like weed. The bed in master bedroom was absolutely horrible! Very uncomfortable. The shower still had pubic hair in it and very little body wash in that shower and none in the other one. There was only 1 scoop of coffee left in the cabinet. I would never recommend this property to anyone and will never stay at this property again.

The condo was a nice property, however some of the amenities or things I might have expected were not there. The bath soap bottle ran out after two showers and we were there for 4 days. The hairdryer was broken and not working. The lamp beside the bed didn't turn off and I had to just unplug it. We had one kitchen towel and rag. I'm into details and little touches.

Prior to our stay I reached out to host who responded quickly to questions about location and restaurants in the area. Property was just as described in the listing. Condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The view was awesome. We had a little trouble getting from the main road to the actual condo area but we found it after making a couple circles. The front door wouldn't unlock initially, contacted host who immediately returned call and was able to get the door unlocked with a little direction.

Condo was so perfect for our family with a 3 year old. The location on Table Rock with the balcony was inviting. Spent early mornings and late evenings out on the balcony relaxing. The kitchen, dining & living room was spacious as were the bedrooms with two full baths. The location was perfect for all the places in the area we planned out. Definitely would recommend this condominium again.

Why they chose this property

We bought this condo as a fixer upper and enjoyed making it our own! Our goal was to make it the nicest unit in the area with the best view. We hope you enjoy the updated features and modern farmhouse design. My wife had way too much fun decorating this condo and I made the mistake of not giving her a budget ;)....so enjoy!

Our newly updated unit is unique to the area because it is a ground floor unit which doesn't sacrifice its tremendous view of the lake.
