The property has a lot of potential - large villa, large enclosed garden, lovely outdoor hot tub and a large swimming pool. The hosts are also very helpful, very welcoming and incredibly responsive. However, it is in need of some investment/refurbishment - the outside is poorly maintained and inside the master suite in particular really needs refurbished (broken blinds, poorly maintained shower etc). Added to this, the standard of cleaning on arrival was not good. The area is lovely and the property has great access to the cycle path, but I’m afraid we could not recommend and would not return to this property.

Fantastic villa set in a beautiful location!

Check in was very straight forward, with great communication (in English) from the owners. Well equipped kitchen; inflatables for the pool area were left, which our kids loved; hot tub is well-maintained and luxurious. We were able to bring our small dog (Springer-poo) and he had a great time too. For those not bringing pets, do not worry, the house was very clean throughout, we found - the cleaner is local and is evidently very thorough. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows available, if needed. The home cinema / projector system was a fun touch and filled the only wet evening we had during our week there. There is a small supermarket and collection of small shops in Doussard itself, about a 10 minute walk from the villa. The villa has ample parking and felt very secure. The villa has toys for small children and a trampoline in the garden. Great views from the garden too. Be sure to check out Sambuy Luge in the summer - great for the kids. The panoramic views of the Lake from the east side are particularly stunning. If you are looking for a well equipped, child and dog-friendly villa in a quiet spot, close to breath-taking scenery, my family and I would highly recommend this villa!

Le propriétaire est très réactif mais notre arrivée a été catastrophique des gens avaient séjourné avant et laissé la villa dans un piteux état malgré ça le ménage n’a pas été réalisé correctement cannette vide dans la cour mégots de cigarettes eau de piscine trouble et mal nettoyé placard intérieur sale un sol collant en revanche cuisine sanitaire literie très propre ! Nous avons tout de même passé de très bonne vacances l’endroit est calmeLa villa est chouette mais manque malheureusement d’entretien pour son prix

La villa correspond bien à la description. Le jacuzzi ne fonctionne malheureusement que partiellement. Il n’y a qu’une serviette de bain par personne, nous aurions apprécié une petite serviette supplémentaire. Globalement nous avons passé un très bon séjour au calme dans une zone résidentielle non loin du centre de Doussard.

Merci Nadine pour votre commentaire. Nous avons le plaisir de vous informer que le jacuzzi a été entièrement révisé par un professionnel et qu’il est pleinement fonctionnel. Certains réglages de zone avaient possiblement été mal réglés par les locataires précédents durant votre séjour, c’est désormais réglé pour que nos futurs voyageurs puissent en profiter à 100%. Nous avons également investi dans des serviettes de toilette supplémentaires pour pouvoir fournir deux serviettes à chaque personnes en plus du peignoir pour la sortie du jacuzzi.
