As part of our standard procedures, this property is on a routine pest control program and is thoroughly inspected between guest stays. Upon receiving your report, we immediately contacted our licensed pest control provider to inspect the condo and provide treatment to ensure the issue was fully addressed. We regret that we were not able to provide a suitable alternative for you during such a high-demand period, however, we did provide you with a full refund.
