The property is ready to welcome you upon arrival: it’s thoroughly cleaned, Wi-Fi is available, and check-in is self-service. Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental; however, we can put you in touch with an external service provider that offers this service.

The property accommodates up to 5 people and is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
• A cozy living area with a sofa, coffee table, and TV—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.
• A dining area that seats up to 6 people—perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends.
• A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals with ease: oven, microwave, deep fryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, and cutlery.

On the first floor:
• A comfortable first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200), ideal for restful nights. It also features a stool, a desk lamp, and a chandelier.
• A cozy second bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200), perfect for a child or an adult.
• A third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200), offering a comfortable space.
• A functional bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. A potty is also available. For added convenience, you’ll also have access to a washer and dryer.

Enjoy a pleasant, unfenced outdoor area of 100 m², furnished with patio furniture and a parasol. It’s the perfect setting for an al fresco meal, spending time with friends and family, or simply soaking up the sunshine.
