3 bedroom 1 bath ranch in Loveland close to Little Miami River trails with a big backyard for you & your family!

Unplug and enjoy time with your family outdoors in this quiet neighborhood. This ranch is accessible with no stairs at all.

10 min to Mason, Costco, Target, Loveland, Milford
25 min to Downtown Cincinnati

plenty of parking in front of the house.

This house has plenty of space for a family with kids! Convenient for anyone who do not like walking up and down the stairs.

Note that there is adjustable & very warm electric baseboard heat for the colder days and new central AC for hot days.

We value quality products to make your stay as comfortable as possible:
- All memory foam mattresses and pillows are in allerease protectors for allergy and bedbug protection
-All 100% cotton towels and cotton sheets. Master king bed and queen bed have 680 thread count sheets, and twin XL beds have organic sheets from Pottery Barn.
-Disinfecting cleaning products are effective against coronavirus and do not have harsh chemicals.

We provide Charmin toilet paper, Bounty paper towels, Dawn dish detergent & Starbucks kcups for your stay.

House layout:
3 bedroom ranch with everyone on 1 floor and no basement. High speed WiFi throughout the house.

Living room has work desk and 55" Smart TV
King medium memory foam mattress in main bedroom with 42" smart TV in the bedroom
Queen medium memory foam mattress in 2nd bedroom
2 Twin XL with memory foam mattress in 3rd bedroom

Big backyard with outdoor furniture enough to seat 6.

Washer & dryer available in laundry room by kitchen

-fridge stocked with your favorite items before arriving
-pack n play, high chair, or other baby items
ask us about anything else you would like, and we will try to accommodate as much as possible!

You have access to the entire house including the 1 car garage!

Other Notes:
For security purposes, a copy of your ID matching the name on the reservation is required to stay with us.

The security deposit is not charged up front. It is only charged if there are damages after the stay and we will notify you of any damages we find within 24 hours of check out.

There is electric baseboard heat for the colder days and newly installed central AC for the hotter days.

For long term stays, this house is in Milford school district.

Good location, pretty quiet, very clean. Check in was easy and full information provided for access. Huge, empty garage was nice for our bikes! The only reason we marked four stars instead of five overall is the kitchen tools, pans, etc were minimal and some not in good condition. We stay in rentals with larger kitchens because we prefer to cook most of our meals so it’s really a plus when they are well stocked. There was plenty of room in the kitchen, but the breakfast nook is pretty small to seat six people comfortably-we did fine with only four, but with six it would have been tight! All the beds seemed a little soft, with some sagging in the middle… we are older and just prefer firmer mattresses. Only one lamp in the livingroom…very dim to do anything but watch tv. Some deck boards in need of replacing or repair. We did appreciate the coffee was well stocked for the kuerig! Plenty of towels and TP. It’s a great place and we would rent again! Thank you!!!

We very much enjoyed our time at this property. The property manager was very responsive to all questions we had prior to check in and during our time at the house. The house was also very well cared for and immaculate in terms of cleanliness. Will definitely repeat!
