Information : For the current year, the swiming pool will be in operation on may 1st.

We rent the ground floor of our house as well as a bedroom and an office upstairs.

2000 m2 of garden along the river are entirely reserved for you with a 6x3 meter above ground swimming pool heated by heat pump as well as a spa, available from June 15 to September 30.

Family bikes are available for long rides on the cycle route, the entrance to which is located a few hundred meters from the house.

Shops are within walking distance. The sea is 4 km away.

Ground floor: entrance, living / dining room, veranda, bedroom with a 160 cm bed and television opening onto the terrace, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with bath-shower cubicle, separate wc.

Upstairs, bedroom with a 180 cm bed and an adjoining office, ideal for teleworking. The office contains a sofa bed and can therefore be used as an extra bedroom.

Sheets and towels are provided.

After having traveled a lot in lodgings, we wanted to arrange ours according to our experience.

We attach importance to the quality of the beds, all the mattresses are new and of hotel quality.

We know it's difficult to pack everything on vacation, so we provide sheets and towels.

For rainy days (we are in Normandy), we provide you with board games, puzzles, books, comics, video games, a mini table football, 2 televisions with Disney+.

You have internet access throughout the house.

If you like to cook, you will find everything you need as well as a raclette machine, a bread machine (ideal for breakfast brioches), a popcorn machine for your TV evenings, a cotton candy machine for your festive afternoon.

We love animals very much, so we will welcome your companions with pleasure.

We ask you to pay attention to the fact that the bathroom only has a combined bath-shower cubicle and that access to it may be difficult for people with mobility difficulties.

In addition, the river, like the swimming pool, requires constant supervision of young children. Although the water level of the river is low, it is easily accessible. We recommend removing the pool ladder after swimming to avoid accidents.

Family bikes are available. French law requires children under 12 to wear a helmet. We can provide you with some but for better security, we advise you to bring your own.

Because the accommodation only has one bathroom and one toilet, we recommend it for 6 people, however the sofa bed in the office allows 8 people to sleep on site.

The house is located far back from the road, it is however in the heart of the village. A grocery store is open daily. You will also find a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy and several other shops.

We ask you not to put on music and more generally not to make noise after 10:00 p.m. out of respect for our neighbours.

To avoid traffic jams, we prefer rentals from Friday to Friday.
