Perfect stay

Excellent. Perfect place to stay to tour the area and a peaceful place to chill out. Lots of small villages to explore and markets to try local produce. Local beach bar and the restaurant in Sotteville-sur-Mer was well worth a few visits, food was delicious and our visit wouldn’t have been complete without Moules and frites which were on offer everywhere we went. The accommodation was comfortable and had everything needed to make it feel like home. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and meeting the owner on our arrival and leaving made our stay that little bit special. The owner was very helpful and communication was easy. Certainly worth another visit

We (2 adults, 1 child) had a wonderful stay in the holiday home. The house was clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. It immediately felt welcoming and homely.The location was excellent for exploring the beautiful Normandy coast and the surrounding area and de beach. It turned out to be peaceful and relaxing when we returned in the evening. We also really appreciated the outdoor space and all the thoughtful little details that made our stay so easy and enjoyable.Communication with our host, Franck, was friendly, uncomplicated and helpful throughout. Everything was exactly as described, and in many ways the house exceeded our expectations.We would happily stay here again and can recommend this holiday home without hesitation. A fantastic place for a relaxing holiday in Normandy – thank you very much for a lovely stay!

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alles sauber und ein sehr netter Vermieter. Zum schönen Strand, bei Ebbe feinster Sand, ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche.

sehr schön

Uns hat die ruhige Gegend sehr gefallen, im Juni noch wenig Tourismus. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, mit viel Geschmack renoviert, großer Garten. Bestens für Hunde geeignet. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Vacances normandes

Séjour mitigé à cause du temps très moyen. Plage de galets pas très sympa à marée haute,mais proche. Maison très grande et jardin immense et très bien aménagé au niveau des jeux pour enfants . Et c’était appréciable avec cette grisaille et ce vent car les enfants pouvaient être dehors. Merci

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem wunderbar restaurierten Bauernhaus. Es fehlte an nichts und wir genossen auch den wunderbaren, großen Garten. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Nicht zu vergessen den liebenswürdigen Franck, mit ihm war eine problemlose Kommunikation möglich. Zum sehr schönen Sandstrand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erholsam

Wir waren für 3 Wochen in diesem wundervollen, liebevoll sanierten Haus. Es ist eins der Häuser, bei denen man merkt, dass auch die Eigentümer es lieben. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, die Matratzen sind super bequem, es war alles sauber, der Garten groß und die Umgebung so friedlich. Boule, Trampolin und Wikingerschach sind vorhanden, auch viele Gesellschaftsspiele. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ort ist ruhig, der Strand nicht überlaufen. Es gibt 2 Imbisse am Strand. Für Bäcker und Einkäufe braucht man ein Auto/Fahrrad. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Unterkunft, Franck :)

Garantie für Ruhe und Erholung

Wir waren 13 Tage in diesem schön restaurierten ehemaligen Bauernhaus mit riesigem Garten. Der kleine Wintergarten war der ideale Ort zum Frühstücken oder Abendessen bei bedecktem Himmel. Ansonsten konnte man auch bei sonnigem Wetter die Terrasse vor dem Haus nutzen. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Es war alles Erforderliche vorhanden. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 5 - 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Uns hat gefallen, dass es nur ein Bistro gab und es sehr weitläufig und ruhig am Strand war. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Franck für die landestypischen Leckereien zur Begrüßung.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Haus ist einfach liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Garten ist riesig und wir haben uns gerne und viel dort aufgehalten. Es gibt viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen, einfach klasse. Unserer Hündin hat der Garten auch sehr gefallen. Der fußläufige Strand ist ebefalls richtig klasse. Und unser Vermieter Franck ist sehr sympathisch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Großes rustikales Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist komplett eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Es hat einen großen Garten mit Liegewiese, Essplatz, Liegestühlen und Spielmöglichkeiten, völlig ruhige Lage. Sehr einfache Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Gastgeber. Einfacher Check-in und Check-out Den Strand kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Zum Einkauf ist eine Fahrt in den Nachbarort (Bäcker) bzw. nach Saint-Valery-en-Caux oder Dieppe (Supermärkte) notwendig. Absolut empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung!

Perfekter Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung

Check-in und Check-out absolut unkompliziert, so wie der vorherige Kontakt per Mail mit Franck ebenfalls. Das Haus ist groß und liegt auf einem sehr großen, eingezäunten Grundstück in einer Sackgasse - absolute Ruhe ist garantiert. Entfernung zum Meer/Strand ca. 250 mtr., nächster Supermarkt ca. 8 km, Bäcker ca. 3 km entfernt. Zum Haus: sehr sauber, gute WiFi-Verbindung, viel Platz. Wir waren zu zweit + Hund dort. Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, alles erforderliche an Hausrat ist vorhanden. Kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend kommen (das wird sicherlich der Fall sein), werden wir wieder dort buchen.

Séjour Normandie près de la plage.

Großzügiges Ferienhaus mit großem eingezäunten Garten

Wir (5 Erwachsene 1 Hund) haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in stilvollem und großzügigen Ambiente verbracht. Haus und Küche sind gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber und gepflegt.. Franck der Vermieter ist sehr nett, super hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. 5 Minuten zum Strand, auch mit Hund dort kein Problem.

Ruhige und erholsame Ferien

Es hat uns alles in allem gut gefallen. Wir haben schöne Fahrradtouren gemacht und die Umgebung erkundet. Auch das lang vermisste Meer haben wir genossen. Das Wetter spielte zum größten Teil mit.

Geräumiges normannisches Haus in SAint Aubin sur Met

Gemütliches Wohnen in mehreren Zimmern, helle, freundliche Schlafräume, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, einladende Terrassen zu jeder Tageszeit. Großzügiger Garten, kurzer Gang zum Meer und gute Rad- oder Autoanbindung zur großartigen Küste, zu diversen Stränden und vielfältigen Wander- und Kulturangeboten. Wir erlebten eine rundum reiche, erholsame und abwechslungsreiche Woche. Für mögliche Probleme bot der sehr freundliche Vermieter seine Hilfe an, aber alles war sehr gut geregelt: Danke, Franck,!

Schönes Ferienhaus in der Normandie

Wir haben uns in dem großen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat gar nichts gefehlt, man ist außerdem sehr nah am (Kiesel)Strand, den wir aber nur einmal zum laufen besucht haben. Für Strandleben war es noch zu kalt. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Kurzurlaub sehr genossen und sind viel mit den Rädern unterwegs gewesen. Eine traumhafte Gegend zum entspannen und entdecken! Sehr netter Vermieter der sich viel Mühe gibt auch wenn’s mit unserem französisch etwas schlecht lief. Wir konnten uns trotzdem gut verständigen! Merci Monsieur Dufour!

Tolles Haus für Familien nah am Strand

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit unseren drei Kindern (2J. und 2x 5 Monate). Der Garten ist ein Kinderparadies und die Ausstattung ist super, insbesondere auch für kleine Kinder (Kleinkinderbetten. Laufstall, etc). Zum nahen Strand kommt man in 5 min zu Fuß - sehr zu empfehlen!

Maison idéale pour un séjour avec enfants

J’ai séjourné dans cette belle longère avec mon petit garçon de 2 ans. La maison est très bien équipée : véritable lit bébé avec vrai matelas, petite couette moelleuse, chaise haute, jeux, balançoire, toboggan, trampoline, terrain de pétanque, très grand jardin, douche à l’italienne, etc Les propriétaires ont même complété l’équipement en achetant avant mon arrivée de la vaisselle et des livres pour enfants :) La maison est très bien située, en face d’un pré avec deux moutons et à 100 mètres de la plage où se trouvent bateaux, tracteurs, poissonnier, aire de jeux, vaches, foodtrucks, supérette qui font le bonheur des petits et des grands J’ai pu visiter les environs : ferme à Auffay (association effet des fées), parc de Cleres, musée des pompiers de Montville, Fécamp, Dieppe, sans parler du front de mer de Quiberville avec ses très bonnes gaufres et sa grande aire de jeux et aussi la super brocante Le Cabaret sur le route de Dieppe / Offranville Je reviendrai avec plaisir et recommande ce super logement ! Merci !
