Shelby is this ideally located apartment to enjoy downtown while maintaining the serenity of a residential area. Easy access to the sea via the Corniche de Concarneau, for beautiful walks!
The space:
Located on the second floor of a modern residence with elevator, this apartment will charm you with its decor, and its soft and warm tones.
Equipped with all the comforts and amenities needed for a successful stay, Shelby also has a separate laundry species. With a bright bedroom, your nights will only be good in this cozy environment.
The kitchen is open to the living room, and contains everything you need to enjoy the joys of homemade cuisine. This space is also very bright, and has access to get to its lovely terrace.
To make you feel at home, a large closet located at the entrance will allow you to settle in comfortably. And for greater accessibility, a parking space is available, and has number 7.
Perfect for a couple, Shelby will liven up your Concarneau vacation!
What we love:
- Its location: 250 meters from the beach and 900 meters from the city center
- The secure entrance to the residence and building by badge and digicode
- Private and secure parking space.
Our concierge offers you the rental of linens for the time of your stay: Set of sheets + bath towels: €20 per bed.
Bedding size: 1 bed of 140/200.
This is optional, it must be requested when booking.
The Mariette Conciergerie team will accompany you with enthusiasm and professionalism during your stay.
