The bathroom is composed of a beautiful bathtub, a basin and a storage cabinet. if you like to cook, the kitchen is spacious and especially very well equipped The 2 beautiful rooms with new bedding and a large closet in each room, one with flat screen. Possibility to have a cot, a high chair, and a bath on request ..
This apartment is located in a small residence of 2 floors with parking at the foot of the building. Located 50 meters from the beach of white sands and spa, or you can enjoy many treatments. If you want to take care during your stay do not forget to book very early because the treatments are in great demand.

if you like walking there are the customs paths near the apartment GR34.
as well as The Corniche to reach the city center and the closed city. You can stroll and stop on the small coves and admire the view Enjoy the many restaurants, bars, creperies.
Further to the marina take the boat to Glénans Islands ,,,, Visit the walled town and ramparts built by Vauban take the ferry to get to the passage, walk on the many coastal paths of the coast from the residence .
If you like fishing you can practice in the rocks and the many creeks at the option of tide in front of the apartment.

Das war eine tolle Woche in Concarneau mit einer tollen Wohnung, keine Wünsche übrig gelassen hat.Gute Lage zum Strand und Bäcker (3-4 Gehminuten) und ca. 25 Minuten in die Stadt Concarneau. Sehr netter Gastgeber! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Concarneau

Wir waren das zweite Mal in Concarneau und haben uns diesmal für dieses Appartment entschieden. Wir haben es wirklich wie auf den Fotos zu sehen angetroffen. Es gab eine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe bei der An- und Abreise und bei der Anreise wurde uns auch die Wohnung erklärt. Sie ist top ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung ist, wie auch der Balkon liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Balkon zeigt zur Ostseite und die davor stehenden Laufbäume bieten zum Frühstück einen angenehmen Schatten. Einen Meerblick kann man von den Schlafzimmern und der Küche erhaschen. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt 5 Minuten. Der Weg in die Innenstadt über einen schönen Hohlweg (Beschreibung in den Unterlagen) in ca. 15 Minuten oder einem sehr schönen Küstenweg (ca. 35 Minuten).Die beiden Doppelbetten sind sehr bequem. Im unteren Bett ist eine mittelharte und im oberen Bett eine etwas härtere Matratze. Man muss dazu aber beachten, dass der Begriff Queenbett nichts mit der amerikanischen Größe zu tuen hat. Beide Betten messen 1,4 x 1,9m.Fernseher mit französischen Sendern aber ich konnte mit einem mitgebrachten HDMI-Adapter deutsche Fernsehsender von meinem Smartphone über das WLan auf den Fernseher bringen. Der kostenlose Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Frühstücken oder nur Baguette, etc kaufen in 3 Gehminuten Richtung Strand. Die Lage war Nachts absolut ruhig. Von der Strasse oder den Mitbewohner so gut wie nichts zu hören. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen

Bel appartement tout à notre goût

Après l’acceuil chaleureux par Pascale et un tour détaillé , nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. L’appartement ést agencé tout à fait à notre goût. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la literie très confortable et la cuisine équipée vraiment avec tout, et tout en grande quantité et pas seulement 4 de chaque. Il y a plusieurs poêles, des casseroles de toutes les tailles et tous les ustensiles nécessaires. J’ai ses restrictions alimentaires donc doit cuisiner beaucoup, même en vacances donc j’ai beaucoup apprécié. L’emplacement est à l’écart des routes donc biien au calme mais proche de la plage à quelques minutes de marche très facile. 20 minutes de marche très agréable pour aller au centre ville par le chemin aménagé, on avait vraiment pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Nous ne pouvons que recommander l’appartement.

Très bon emplacement

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille en première semaine de Mai. L'appartement est très bien situé et tout est facile d'accès : aussi bien la ville close que les balades en bord de mer. C'est également un appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé. A conseiller à des familles avec grands enfants (escalier sans rampe). Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Sehr schöne individuelle Wohnung

Die Wohnung über zwei Stockwerke war ideal für unsere Familie mit großen Kindern, die oben ihren eigenen Bereich hatten. Auch den kleinen Balkon haben wir häufig genossen. Besonders toll ist die Lage: sowohl konnten die Kinder alleine in wenigen Minuten zum Strand gehen oder entlang der alten Eisenbahntrasse in das attraktive Städtchen.

schöne FeWo, passend für Familie

Schönes, umfangreich ausgestatte FeWo, mit großer, gut ausgestatteter Küche. Lediglich die Möglichkeit zur Dusche ist eingeschränkt, da ein Bad mit Badewanne, aber ohne Duschvorhang. Nette Vermieterin, FeWo liegt im 2 OG in einer Wohnanlage, Parkplatz vor dem Haus immer vorhanden

Alles wie beschrieben. Netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern obwohl wir kein Wort französisch sprechen und auch englisch keine Option war. Übergabe hat problemlos geklappt, sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche mit div. Elektrogeräten (Fritteuse, Mixer, usw.) Wer also auch, oder gerade im Urlaub gerne groß aufkocht ist bestens versorgt. Flaniermeile am Hafen in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar, nächster Strand einmal über die Straße.
