With its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace (wood available in the barn) and the open kitchen, you will enjoy your holiday.
Young and old alike will be able to have fun outside on the north side with a large swing, a bird's nest, football goals, a trampoline, an outdoor play dome and a terrace then on the south side a large swimming pool of 5m by 10m in-ground and heated with protective cover, garden furniture and a barbecue.
In the barn, a relaxation area with sauna and spa for 6 people each will relax you and the multi games area will allow you to play under cover with 2 large doors to close In case of bad weather or opening to let the light in, you will find basketball hoop, table tennis, table football, ball games, children's kitchen and many other games.
You will be quiet while remaining close to all amenities LIDL at 1 minute, ALDI and SUPER U at 5 minutes, access close to the A63 motorway, Bayonne Biarritz at 15 minutes and Spain at 45 minutes. The centre of the village with bakery, pharmacy and doctor is also 5 minutes away.
Close to the beaches, lake and ocean of Capbreton 10 minutes away and Hossegor or Seignosse 15 minutes away. The cycle path 100 metres from our gîte linking Bénesse to Capbreton is under construction and will be ready for this summer.
