Located in the center of Arcachon, 200m from the Thiers pier, this 72m² (770 sq ft) two-bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a luxury residence. It includes:
- Entrance hall with walk-in closet / living room with TV, Wi-Fi, and dining area opening onto a furnished terrace.
- Open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine.
- Bedroom with three single beds (90x190) and a shower room.
- Bedroom with one double bed (160x200) and a bathroom.
- Separate toilet.
- Pets are not allowed.
Parties are strictly prohibited in the rental (indoor and outdoor).
- Secure covered parking for one small car. CLEANING INCLUDED

-The bus tour (July and August) or the little tourist train (April to October) will allow you to discover the city.
-Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing.
- Horse riding on the beach, Tennis, Golf.
