Beautiful modern little house overlooking the sea

Come and enjoy a superb panorama and a relaxing holiday in this charming house of about 70m², completely refurbished and beautifully furnished and equipped in a contemporary style. In a private and secure domain, it is designed to accommodate 6 people in comfort, with a very bright living room and sofa bed, an open kitchen fully equipped, a bedroom overlooking the terrace on the south side with two single beds, and a second bedroom overlooking the terrace on the west side with a double bed 160x200. A superb shower room with Italian shower and light well, a separate toilet. Outside you will enjoy a large terrace facing the sea, with table and chairs for meals, a beautiful relaxation area with sunbeds. Barbecue or plancha available, and in the garden (not enclosed) at the back of the house, an outdoor shower will refresh you during the hottest days of the summer.

At the foot of the domain you can easily access the beaches of Aiguebonne and La Garde Vieille, and the shops are only 3km away in the centre of Boulouris.

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).
