A large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and lounge opens onto the outside and the private 8x4m swimming pool. Large wooden terraces with an outdoor shower. All set in a lush, peaceful garden, just a 2-minute walk from Gros Sable beach, ideal for surfers, and 10 minutes from Bois Jolan beach with its azure waters.

Dream holiday rental

The flat is organised in a very comfortable way with rooms and en suite bathrooms around a common living area, so that everybody can retire and be on their own if wished. The garden is lovely with animals that can be observed at any time. Alexis and Arthur are very attentive and at the same time very discreet: perfect! The dream postcard beach in walking distance is a highlight. Just go there if you want to enjoy a nice stay in Guadeloupe!

Escapade familiale parfaite à Sainte-Anne

Super belle propriété avec des hôtes exceptionnels. Tout était conforme, la piscine est très bien entretenue. Nous étions 6 adultes et un bébé et le séjour s'est très bien déroulé ; nous recommandons chaudement.

Merci à vous pour cet accueil et le logement qui est magnifique On se sent comme à la maison, tout est bien pensé, neuf et propre. La piscine et le jardin sont superbes. Que de souvenirs C’est une belle rencontre et je garde évidemment les coordonnés d’Alexis.

Séjour parfait

Arthur et Alexis sont des hôtes exceptionnels, ils sont disponibles, accommodants et très discrets. L'endroit est un petit paradis de calme et est à quelques pas d'un spot de surf. Également à quelques minutes à pied (15-20 min) d'une plage de sable (Bois Jolan). J'ai adoré l'emplacement pour faire mon petit jogging sur la trail qui longe les plages (sentier de 10km AR). Nos coups de coeur: la piscine, le jardin, l'inventaire de jeux de société et la magnifique déco de chaque pièce. L'endroit est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Si vous voulez un logement dans ce coin de l'île, je recommande sans hésitation ce logement! L'aménagement de la villa avec 2 chambres sur 3 à l'écart des espaces communes a été un atout très important pour nous puisque nous voyagions avec les parents de mon conjoint et ceux-ci avaient un horaire de vie complètement différent du nôtre. En effet, nous pouvions profiter des installations de la villa sans les déranger dans leur sommeil. Merci encore à vous deux pour tout!!
