Wonderful stay!

I love this little town! The castle is still there, the people are so friendly and kind, the bakery & market are well run, clean and the workers are extremely nice. I only speak English, with enough French to say hello, goodbye, thank you, etc
but there is always a way to communicate if you are kind. The apartment is perfect for one or two people, it’s quiet, clean, beautiful & the host is so kind! I would stay again every time I am in France.

Nous Ă©tions une famille de 4 personnes avec 2 enfants de 3 et 7 ans. HĂ©bergement adaptĂ© et propre (chaise haute, jeux pour enfants...) dans une ancienne citĂ© mĂ©diĂ©vale.Proche des commerces (Ă©picerie, boulangerie, petit bistro oĂč on y mange trĂšs bien, pharmacie..) et des villes Thiers, Vichy et Clermont ferrand.Nous recommandons.

Gßte trÚs bien aménagé dans un village de charme, petit mais avec tous les services. Voyageant avec des petites-filles nous avons trouvé le gßte trÚs pratique pour faire de nombreux excursions aux alentours. L'accueil de la propriétaire Martine trÚs chaleureux et sympathique.

SĂ©jour Ă  ChĂąteldon

Le séjour s'est trÚs bien passé au gßte de l'Eau du Roi ! Il est aménagé avec goût, et tout ce qu'il faut est à disposition. L'accueil de Martine a été trÚs sympathique et ses conseils ont été utiles. Le restaurant "Le Bistr'eau D'Odon" à deux pas prépare de trÚs bons plats. Nous y séjournions avec nos jeunes enfants. Il faut prévoir un petit peu de temps de route pour certaines activités, mais nous avons pu facilement occuper notre semaine entre Thiers (visite de coutellerie, promenade dans la vallée des rouets), Vichy (promenade en vélo le long de l'Allier, déambulation dans les magnifiques parcs et diverses activites), Paléopolis, etc.

Une belle semaine Ă  Chateldon

SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  Chateldon dans un gĂźte qui vient d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©, qui est trĂšs propre, trĂšs bien arrangĂ©, dĂ©corĂ© avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. Il faisait trĂšs chaud cette semaine lĂ  et nous Ă©tions trĂšs contents d’ĂȘtre au frais dans le gĂźte. Le gĂźte est bien centrĂ© par rapport aux visites et activitĂ©s, le village est trĂšs mignon, petite citĂ©e de caractĂšre. Les propriĂ©taires ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs arrangeants pour notre arrivĂ©e , trĂšs sympas, trĂšs accueillants. Bonne continuation Ă  eux dans leur aventure.
