Guirec - Trelevern - Gîte

Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room, living room with wood stove, connected TV (Netflix…), separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with 2 160x190 beds and 2 80x190 beds (2 bedrooms have a TV), bathroom with shower and toilet. Large enclosed courtyard of 200 m², shared with another gite 22G1131724. Private lawn area of 30 m². You are in the village of Trélévern, in a large house, near the Church of Ste Léonore Built in 1914, in granite. You access the property through a large common courtyard with secure gate, serving the two cottages: the owners have done everything possible to respect everyone's privacy. Trélévern is a small seaside resort located in the continuity of the beaches of Trévou-Tréguignec and Louannec. It is located on the Côte de Granit Rose and like all its neighbors offers holidaymakers wild and diverse landscapes. Here, shore fishing is king, we are indeed on one of the richest spots in shells, especially on Keriec beach just 1.2 km away. Let's not forget Port-L'Epine and the Plage de Trestel: must-sees. An exceptional destination for holidays in Brittany! Rental with three bedrooms, close to the sea, in a comfortable house!
