Enjoy your breakfast facing the ocean in this bright, beautifully decorated 2-bedroom flat, ideally located right on the beachfront in Vieux Boucau. Everything is within walking or biking distance—shops, lake, ocean, surf or cycling trails.
The flat features a living room with sofa bed (140x200), TV, and bay window opening onto a balcony with stunning ocean views. The open kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, induction hob and dishwasher.
Sleeping area: one double bedroom (140x190), one twin bedroom (2 x 90x190), a bathroom with both shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet.
Wi-Fi and private garage included. Sleeps 4 to 6.
A contribution to charges of 30€ per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 100€).
