Watch the Nashville skyline come to life in our beautiful modern home. Our home sits in the center of the action; Music Row, Edgehill, The Gulch-Downtown Nashville, Vanderbilt, live listening rooms, amazing restaurants and more. Walk to the many restaurants, shops and fun murals in the Gulch. A five minute drive to lower Broadway Honky-Tonks, Bridgestone arena, Music City Center, concerts, museums, sporting events and more.

Arrive in this upscale, downtown urban community perched high enough to offer city views and beautiful sunsets. These views are visible from the balconies on the main living floor, the master bedroom, and from the spacious rooftop deck. Our home offers lots of sleeping options to accommodate 12 guests. The ground floor has a private attached two car garage, entry hall, Private Queen Suite with a full en suite bath. Up one floor and you have a modern open living space with a bright kitchen offering stainless steel appliances, stone counters, island with bar stool seating for four, banquette dining seating for six, main living area with plenty of seating, T.V., WiFi, and balcony with Nashville Skyline views. Also on this level you will find the “Tape Deck” bunk room with 4 beds and a half bath. Guests who bunk in this room, choose your deck! And of course there is an old school tape deck to enjoy. The next level up offers two more bedrooms; “The Dream” king suite has a cool southwest vibe with a TV, and full en suite bath. The Master Suite includes a king bed, queen convertible chaise, T.V., beautiful large en suite master bath with dressing closet, and of course a balcony with those gorgeous views.

Next floor up you have the ROOFTOP DECK! Sweeping skyline views in front of you, park views behind you. *Note * There are 3 levels up. The higher up, the more breathtaking the view. There are seating and outdoor dining options. Lounge near the outdoor fireplace for the cooler evenings. On those cool evenings grab a cozy throw from the basket at the bottom of the stairs.

You will find extra's here that you will not find in other homes. These are the things we like when we travel. Such as, umbrellas for the rainy days. Yoga mats for your morning flow. Box fans for white noise in addition to white noise machines in each bedroom for the light sleepers. Cozy robes to slip into after your shower. Nashville is a place like no other. Enjoy it in spacious luxury while you explore everything our vibrant city has to offer. Locally owned and managed. No big management company headaches. Personal attention to each and every guest.
