Grand River Valley Rentals is a family owned vacation home service, located in North East Ohio's Wine Country. We have provided 5 star service to our guests at all of our locations since 2015 and love being able to share the wonderful things our area has to offer with our guests!

This property was owned by a close family friend and it had been in their family since its inception. We were honored to be able to restore it, so that families can continue to enjoy the offerings of Geneva on the Lake.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
