Also take advantage of its privileged location: - 20 minutes from the beaches of Vieux Boucau/Messanges/Moliets/Vielle-Saint-Girons - 15 minutes from the Soustons and Léon lakes - 15 minutes from Dax - 30 minutes from Hossegor/Capbreton/Seignosse - 30 minutes from Bayonne - 45 minutes from Biarritz/Anglet - 1 hour from Hendaye /Saint Jean de Luz /Spanish border - 1.5 hours from Arcachon Bay/Pilat dune/Bordeaux For 6 people, Petite Villa Cassora offers a private salt swimming pool of 4.5m x 9.5m (secured by a roller shutter) and a magnificent wooded park of more than 7000 m² with a swing. The swimming pool is heated from 01/06 to 15/09. However, if the nights are cool, heating the pool does not guarantee optimal water temperature. You can enjoy 3 terraces facing due west: 75 m² around the swimming pool + 35 m² which extends the living room + a 40m² covered area. Located on the ground floor, it has a bright living/dining room/kitchen space of almost 70 m² a sleeping area composed of 3 bedrooms (1 double bed/12 m²; 1 double bed/13 m² and 2 single beds/13 m²), a bathroom, a toilet. PREMIUM bedding: 160x200 for double beds, 90x200 for single beds. Villa equipped with WIFI. Baby equipment on request: 2 travel cots, 1 foldable cradle, 2 high chairs. For everyone's comfort, the house is non-smoking inside. A terrace is at your disposal. This gîte is modular when renting the Petite Villa Cassora you only have the rooms mentioned above (the upper floor is closed and not accessible).
