Villa Sakura, <br><br>For your holidays that we want to be exceptional, we offer you this Superb Villa of 115 m².<br><br>Rated 4 stars for 6 people. The villa can accommodate up to 9 people.<br>Perched on the Velodyssée, you can visit everything by bike.<br><br>Our villa is located 2km from Lake Leon and only 800m from the summer market square which is held every morning from June 15th to September 30th.<br>On an enclosed plot of 690m² landscaped and maintained by a local landscaper, the villa has a large 7x 3.5 swimming pool heated in high season. The pool is secured by a shutter.<br><br>A large tiled terrace enlarged in 2024 by a bamboo extension all in line with the pool beach with: Garden furniture, parasols, deckchairs, hammock and gas plancha.<br><br>Inside:<br><br>- A large living room of 50m² with Wifi fiber throughout the rest of the house.<br>- Fully equipped US kitchen (American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster).<br>- Laundry room: washing machine, dryer, printer available for teleworking.<br>- A beautiful dining area, the relaxation area with sofas, 165 cm Android TV, game console, not to mention the table football for wild games with family or friends.<br><br>The sleeping area:<br><br>- A master suite with 160x200 bed, 90X90 Italian shower, sink and toilet. Android TV, desk / dressing table.<br>- A bedroom with a 140X200 bed with private access to the shared bathroom, dressing room. Android TV, desk / dressing table.<br>- A children's bedroom for 3 people with a 90x200 bunk bed plus a single bed with dressing room and a travel cot for the little ones.<br>- A comfortable sofa bed in the living room with a screen for more privacy.<br>- A bathroom with walk-in shower 90x90<br><br>Baby equipment: crockery, cot, high chair, bathtub, changing mat included. <br><br>- Depending on the season, heating costs may be negotiated. As well as the heating of the pool from September to the end of June.<br>- We leave at our disposal a 3-person kayak, 4 adult bikes size M, two of which are electrically assisted and the ping-pong table.<br>- A security camera is installed in the private parking lot to ensure the safety of your vehicle throughout your stay.<br>- If you have any special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us.<br><br>- Outside the high season (from June 15th to August 31st) Arrivals and departures other than Saturdays can be made depending on the availability of the schedule.
