Perfect for us! Loved sitting on the balcony drinking our coffee in the mornings and going to the beach and pool during the day. Very convient to both. Great restaurants close! We will definitely stay there again.

Our family enjoyed this condo at Beach Colony Towers. It was perfect for 6 people. The disposal wasn’t working . I texted and they promptly sent someone to fix it. Would stay here again.

March 4-18 stay

I booked the condo through vrbo. I received confirmation and several additional emails from the management company Southern Vacation rentals. On arrival noticed the balcony doors were boarded closed. Contacted management to be advised of the closure. They advised this was indicated on their website. In all the emails I received there was no mention of closure or advice to review their website. The emails referred me to the guest portal for information. In my portal info all that was indicated was pool closure. VRBO also only indicated pool closure. Blinds in main living area were broken and could not be closed the entire 14 day stay. No privacy in the main living area. Workers on balcony starting in morning and throughout the day with the view into the condo. Advised had to wait for owner approval on replacing blinds. After me reaching out several days later for status was advised would take an “expert” to repair them. Took 4 days to have someone come to replace kitchen trash can that was split. I could go on and on more than I have here. Do not recommend renting anything associated to Southern Vacation Rentals!
