Welcome to Beach Colony Resort in Perdido Key! Beach Colony Resort is located on 11 acres of gorgeous beachfront property. This is an upscale, gated high rise located directly on the beach in the heart of Perdido Key, Florida. The view from your 8th floor circular balcony will allow you to enjoy the relaxing sounds of the surf and watch relaxing sunsets. Beach Colony Resort features 3 towers, a First Class fitness center, tennis courts, and 3 pools (including a covered sliding glass door heated pool and Jacuzzi hot tub). You will also enjoy gated beach access! Perdido Key is only 10 minutes from Orange Beach, AL with lots of shopping, restaurants, marinas. The famous Flora-Bama is only 5.5 miles away and 25 minutes from Pensacola.

Very nice balcony.I enjoyed the indoor pool immensely due to reprieve from the sun in the middle of the day.The host was very helpful at check in and check out was very smooth.The unit did need a clean up of the woodwork and the area rug. Some lighting issues, as well.Overall, though, a great place to stay.

Great trip

Area wasn’t over crowded like other places we’ve been to in Florida so that was nice as we ate out most nights (several restaurants close). Cleaning people need to do better and I wish there was a regular coffee maker. Overall it was great for a family of five.

Perdido key multiple family trip

Our stay was great! Condo was so spacious and have a bathroom for every room was so helpful. Easy access to the pool and beach and not a crowded complex at all. The only suggestions I would give is to switch the door to a code entry rather than key, just for simplicity and that the condo needed to be stock with more essentials- scissors, kitchen utensils, games, puzzles etc!

Great location and amenities!

My family (husband, elementary-aged child, and mother) stayed here while visiting my brother's family over fall break. My child loved the indoor pool when it was a bit chilly outside, and you can't beat the access to the beach! The rooms were spacious and set up well and the balcony had a great view. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is roomy and the balcony is so nice. Our only negatives were one elevator was broken but thankfully the other one worked and the main keurig didn’t work but the one cup keurig did. So, all in all, a nice week! We have booked this condo again for next year.
