Amazing stay

Held a Bachelor Party here for a group of 17 30+ year olds here. We had events planned throughout the weekend but outside of those, we spent a majority of the time at the property, simply because it was so awesome. Super clean, nice, incredible rooftop and neighborhood. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Nashville Stay

The property was great and ideal for our large group of staff. We attended a conference and there were 22 of us staying on the property. It was great for staff to have hang out areas in the property, on the roof, and in the courtyard of the complex. The location was great as well, just 13 minutes from the Gaylord Hotel each morning. So easy to stay there as well. The requirements of checkout are the easies we have ever had as a group. This is our 4th year, first time at this property. The host was wonderful and quick to respond as needed. Thankful and grateful for the experience.

18 Person Bachelor Party

I had my bachelor party for 18 guys and rented out both units. Just for some context most people were around the age of 30. It couldn't have worked out better. House was clean and there were plenty of beds. Everyone had there own sleeping space and we had one bed left over in each unit that was pulled out from under another bed. We were not the quietest group at night and did not have to deal with any noise complaints. quick uber into downtown area. Would highly recommend if you have a large group

10 star stay.

I can not say enough about our stay in Nashville and the two town homes we stayed in. Communication with property manger was amazing prior to arrival and continued after we left! The houses were beautiful, roomy,clean, with a stellar view. The roof top deck provided us a front row seat to the Fourth of July fireworks. The house came with shuttle, for $5.00 a person we could go to Broadway and the water park. The location was awesome!

Great property!

We stayed in both homes for a family trip. They were both great. Clean, well maintained, all the amenities and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of 16. The rooftop deck was a perfect for for sunsets and hanging out. The neighborhood was safe. John was immediately responsive to any questions or concerns any time and he was kind and easy to work with. We had a great week and would definitely stay again!

Girls weekend in Nashville

We had an amazing time in Nashville. The property met all of our needs and more. It was incredibly clean and had more than enough space for all of us. The location is perfect, it was within walking distance of a few fun places and a short uber to downtown.

Wonderful Experience

We enjoyed our stay for a fun birthday weekend. Close to Broadway - $5 pp ride! We would not have known about that if the home didn’t have the info and that was super helpful with our large group. If you need to get in contact with them for any reason they are easy to reach. We loved the space and everything was immaculate. We plan to come back and use this same listing again!

Great property close to Downtown!

The hosts were very responsive and helpful, property was clean and comfortable and a quick Uber ride to just about anything you'd like to do in Nashville! Plenty of garage and street parking available. We brought a large group in for a work retreat and this was a great space for us to gather but also to have our private bedrooms and bathrooms! Will definitely book again!

Fantastic views, clean, luxurious and great amenities.

We had a group of 8 of us come into town for a work conference and this was the perfect stay for us. We were able to have a guys and girls side between the 2 apartments and still have great hang out time on the balconies. Smart tvs were a great touch! Thanks for everything John!

Just wish the roof top are would of had a little more to offer-like the surrounding roof tops.

A couple beds were broken and the roof top table had a whole in it.

Had a great time and super comfortable stay with great accommodations for a large group.

Great place, nice property not super close to downtown but easily manageable by Uber/ Lyft. Had a very large group and everyone had a comfortable bed with no issues at all. The coded entry quit working at one point but we were able to get ahold of the property manager who reset it within minutes. Definitely recommend

Spacious, comfy condo with great views!

These townhomes are fantastic. There is plenty of sleeping room and bathrooms. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms and kitchens were well stocked. Everything was clean and intact. The rooftop balcony had plenty of seating room and fantastic views. Would absolutely recommend staying here, we would love to come back!

Comfortable for our family of 16 ages 7-74. Unfortunately the residents across the back driveway were partying late into the morning.

Great communication

Great place to stay. The people that stayed there before us, seemed to have been a rowdy crowed. They tried to get everything handled for us but some of the things were out of their control. I was just trying to document everything so that I wouldn’t be blamed and charged for any of the broken items. I would stay here if you have a large group.

Bridal party bliss!

We booked this property for 4 nights for our bridal party and it worked out perfectly. Everyone felt like they had plenty of space and it was the perfect set up, one house for the groomsmen and one for the bridesmaids. Only takes a quick uber to get to downtown! The host was communicative and responded to all my questions. It was overall a great stay.
