Peaceful glamping close to everything!

Camping at it's best. You will enjoy this spacious 5th wheel with all of the amenities. Sip your morning coffee outside and enjoy the peaceful farm like setting while being only 15 minutes away from the city of Cookeville and Sparta. Sit around the firepit in the evening and enjoy a starry night or bring your bikes and ride the country roads for miles. Just 15 minutes from hiking trails and waterfalls. *For the health and safety of our non-smoking guests there is no smoking on the property.* Please also note that we live in a tiny house just behind the camper but we allow for plenty of privacy and you might not even see us during your stay.

Our Two night getaway

My husband and I stayed for two night. The camper is lovely. We didn’t care too much about the lack of privacy. We are hot natured and couldn’t seem to keep in a comfortable temp (noting wrong with the camper). We also didn’t realize how claustrophobic both of us truly are… turns out, we aren’t the camper type. It’s a great location for Rock Island State Park, Burgess Falls, Center Hill Lake and so much more!

Perfect location

It was such a pleasure to simply sit outside and enjoy the evening. We had just spent 2 days at the Nantahala Outdoor Center and we really needed this quiet, clean and comfortable space.

Country Retreat

beautiful setting along a country road, quiet and relaxing atmosphere, close to Sparta and Cookeville, great local places to eat, everyone was friendly, close to trails and waterfalls, owners were very helpful and kind, trailer was nice, beds were comfortable too.
