Jack's Joint Apt #2 is on the first floor, has key-less entry to the building and apartment. There are security cameras at the front door and in back facing the parking lot. There are two short steps to the wide covered porch entrance. This one bedroom with two twin xl beds is right off the eat-in kitchen, and next to the full bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked including 12 cup coffee pot, crock-pot, mixer, blender, microwave, cookware, bake-ware, utensils, and dishware. We also provide extra linens, for long-term guests. The apartment has, Roku TV security cameras front porch entry, and overlooking the large parking lot in back off the alley. The apartment has washer and dryer in unit and AC throughout.
The 4 unit apartment building is in downtown Monroe close to everything.

It's quiet, friendly walk-able neighborhood in the historic area of town. It has lots of parks and shopping nearby. Free concerts in the park downtown, summer to fall, and in nearby libraries and entertainment venues in town.

What makes this property unique

This property is close to most major highways, while also being close to the state park, national battlefield park, 25 miles to Toledo OH, 25 miles to DTW, 11 miles to Fermi, 1.5 miles to ProMedica, Detroit is about 35 miles as is the bridge or tunnel to Canada.
