Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, and AC. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers for your comfort. Fall in love with Oregon and enjoy the magic it has to offer. This property is right next to Muamee bay State Park and Eagles Landing golf course. There's a bike path 100 ft away that leads to South Shore park (great for sunsets), Pearson Metro Park, and of course Maumee bay State Park. There's also a great restaurant (Oregon Inn) just 100ft away. Downtown Toledo is a 15 minute drive. The driveway is 130 ft long and there is a boat ramp a mile away. There is also a guest house that is also on here for rent that shares the 2 lane driveway and yard
