The neighborhood is a long, thin peninsula. It's completely residential, and the waterfront mansions sell in the multi-millions. Very upscale, safe, and walkable. Private, fully fenced yard with patio, picnic table, and gas grill.

It is a 1.2 mile walk to the beach.

Unit has a private gas grill

Parking is not assigned, but there is plenty of room for two cars.

Wi-Fi: two internet connections (AT&T and Comcast) provide redundancy. Both are the highest residential speeds available. Wifi is strong throughout the entire property, Stream 4K movies or do video calls. Kitchen: The Kitchen is equipped for real cooking. There are sharp knives and non-stick pots and pans. Beach gear: we provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler.

Laundry: You'll have access to the laundry room. The coin-operated washer and dryer take six quarters per load and are shared by five other units.

Babies: every unit has a crib, and a highchair is available on request.

The TV gets local channels only. It is a Smart TV, so you can access Netflix, HBO or other streaming services. Bugs are a constant battle in Florida. You may encounter some during your stay. We exterminate using traps, bait, sprays, and fumigation. There is bug spray on the top shelf in the kitchen cabinet furthest from the sink. If you need us to come and exterminate, we can send someone Monday through Saturday (Sundays are more difficult).

Comfortable stay in residential neighborhood

This place was perfect for me bc I stayed alone and had lots of space as there is no division from the queen size bed to the sofa sleeper. The comforter was a little dirty so I reached out the the property manager and they quickly fixed this problem. I stayed here for a week. The only 2 things I would of liked to have seen is a dresser to store my clothes in and maybe a more quite air conditioner. But these things were minimal bc everything else I needed was available during my stay like a beach towel, umbrella and coolers … the kitchen fully stocked. Would stay here !

Great neighborhood 30 min from Miami and about 20 min away from boca raton also maybe 7min drive from Lauderdale by the sea perfect location for a getaway

Great Vacation Spot

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was as pictured. We were even surprised to find the there was a wine bottle left for us (just like in the photo). Matthew contacted us via email on our first day there to make sure everything was okay and to make sure we didn’t need anything. Location was in close driving distance to the beach and other places to go in the area.

Excellent in all ways!

This is a wonderful property. Very clean, great space, great location (close to shopping, etc.), quiet and safe neighborhood, private, and the internet and set up is great for the business traveler. Matthew even checked by email to make sure everything was ok. I hope I get the opportunity to return.
