Our unit was professionally designed by award winning “Home Image Interiors” of Kelowna. This beautifully decorated modern Coastal Beach themed, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has 918 sq ft of living space.
Located on the highly sought after 3rd floor pool level; on the quiet courtyard side (not the pool side courtyard). We are about 100 steps out your back door to the pool/hot tub through the 3rd level mezzanine. Pool and hot tub are seasonal (open May long till Mid Oct). The pool and or other amenities may be closed from time to time for maintenance or other reasons beyond our control. We do not offer refunds in the event any of the amenities are closed.
We have full size laundry. Free, secure parking provided for 1 vehicle in the parking garage. Our parking space is conveniently located, no long walks, 2nd closest parking space to the 2nd level elevators. The parking entrance has a max height of 6"10".
Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook your own food just bring your favorite groceries. We even have a few extras like coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, salad spinner, blender and cookie sheets.
3 beds in total, a king bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom and a high end queen pullout sofa bed in the living room. 2 smart TV's with cable, high speed wifi (Telus Purefibre) and Netflix.
Many rentals only offer starter size items like coffee, shampoo and conditioner, we provide full bottles of everything. We stock the following items in your suite. • coffee, tea • sugar, raw sugar, equal • a variety of herbs and spices • ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, cooking oil • salt and pepper • tin foil and saran wrap • all towels (beach, bath, hand, face, makeup cloths, tea towels and dish cloths), • bedding (extra blankets and pillows) • paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, makeup remover) • soaps and lotion (laundry, hand and dishwasher, hand lotion) • hairspray, shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner and body wash (full size bottles) • diffuser and essential oils, corded back massager, games and cards • extra portable AC unit just in case and 3 fans • Google mini for music • Iron and ironing board
Playa del Sol is a 100% smoke free environment and security ensures that is remains this way. We are not interested in hosting guests who are coming to party. Smoking or Vaping will land you a $250 fine per incident. Excessive noise is also a $250 fine per incident. We have a zero tolerance policy on drugs and you will be immediately evicted if using in our suite. Alcohol can only be consumed in the unit or on the private patio, you cannot drink alcohol on any of the common spaces at Playa del Sol including the pool. Security enforces a strict quiet time (11pm till 8am daily). Quiet time means turning off all music at 11 pm and keeping the noise level to a respectable level for other guests at the Resort. Problem guests will be evicted with no refund.

The location was perfect for all our activities during our stay. Also the unit had convenient access to the courtyard and pool.
Amazing property with everything we could need. So well stocked and can’t beat the location. We will absolutely stay here again. One of the best VRBO we have experienced!
One of the best condo’s I have stayed in. Very nice and had everything and more than you could need. Easy walk to multiple beaches and short drive to everything else.
We had a group of 4 friends, we really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, well stocked, and communication with the owner was great. Would highly recommend this property.

The property was very clean, well maintained, with care and attention to details that made it stand out from other properties we have rented in the past. The owner was very helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. We felt very much at home, and would most definitely stay there again the next time we’re in Kelowna.

Playa del Sol is one of the top resorts in Kelowna. We are close to everything including a 5 min walk to the beach. The pool is gorgeous with a huge deck with loungers for soaking up the hot Okanagan sun. This unit is located on the pool level but not facing the pool, it is on the back courtyard where you won't hear all the pool noise.
