In the living room there is a sofa bed that is best for one adult or two small children, so the most comfortable setup is four or five guests even though the maximum is six.

Modern, clean, roomy, well stocked and good safe location although did not walk alone outside after dark. Busy corner but was definitely quiet for us inside.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well appointed and we could not have asked for a better location. A multitude of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, grocery and other shopping are all within very easy walking distance. We will definitely stay here again on future visits to Kelowna.
Everything related to this property is excellent. The townhouse is really nice. It was big enough for our party of 6. Its walking distance to tug boat beach and downtown. The kitchen was well stocked. Will surely stay again.
Well equipped and like new modern townhome at street level has a cozy vibe. Pet friendly an added bonus. Had a great stay visiting our UBCO student son who lives nearby. Will stay again in same unit.
A beautiful building. Well stocked. Very thoughtful preparation for guests. Very responsive to communications. Lots of attention to details. Centrally located, convenient walking distance to key places, which also means some very friendly folks that use shelter facilities. Underground parking is secured and spacious for cars, you may want to park large SUVS outside. Big Thank you to our host!

Not the Best Experience
RE: CLEANLINESS...
Overall the place looked very clean but when we wiped up a few coffee grounds on the kitchen floor, the paper towel was black... so the floor had been swept or vacuumed but it looked like it has never actually been washed! The vinyl flooring is forgiving but that does not mean you should not wash the floor.
RE: COMMUNICATION...
There were a RIDICULOUS amount of emails from the concierge service, on behalf of the host. It was beyond annoying. That said, The host, Amanda was always prompt in her responses.
RE: ADDITIONAL FEES...
We had to pay a $25.00 nonrefundable damage deposit! What was that, other than a cash grab?! First, if it is nonrefundable, then it is NOT a deposit! Second, we are very careful and clean guests so we thought this was wrong to ask us to pay for less mindful and disrespectful behavior of others.
RE: COMFORT...
The sound of the air conditioner extremely loud in the lower level where you sleep.
RE: OUR CHECK OUT...
Prior to check out I received an email request to take out the garbage, run the dishwasher, and throw in a load of laundry. I have never heard of this! Why would any one choose to stay in a short stay rental over a hotel?
Lastly, the business license posted on the wall a the entrance had expired. During our visit to Kelowna, friends told us that it is now actually illegal to operate short term rentals in Kelowna.
So overall, not the best experience.
Only complaint is first bedroom has a window looking in with no blind. As soon as you enter he property you can see the person directly in their room. So not much privacy for a group. The sofa bed would be small for two people. Otherwise it’s an awesome location and it was beautifully designed. Fully stocked, clean and the host made our trip easy to book.
Our family of five stayed comfortably at the mix. The place is trendy and clean. Basics in the kitchen provided. Close walk to restaurants, liquor store and the lake.
